I get the frustration. lol! But, I think that falls more into the TV producers being TV producers. Knowing how the media works, I can almost guarantee you that it was out of GC’s control.
He's the only billionaire I know that says not to buy your own home. His advice was to keep your money and use it for marketing for a business instead of investing in real estate. This guy is a complete bozo. He doesn't show up on the Forbes list of billionaires- are we surprised?
I don’t hate the guy. His business plan and structure is brilliant! He has mitigated his risk to as low to zero as possible. *chefs kiss* my criticism of him comes from telling beginners to start at the top. More importantly, the point of the video is that whenever anyone is doing something great, in this case cardone, it will come with criticism. I’m in the pursuit of something great myself. He also teaches people how to invest on their own. He puts so much out for free. He's saying font get two units, one vacancy you're at 50%. Hundreds of units, a few people leave, you're still at 97%. I invested in apartments. I don't want to manage them. I don't want to go to Florida. I can invest in Florida from New Jersey.
