Great interview! Buck is a stellar guitarist, innovative and unique. I had the pleasure to meet him several times along the years, met his lovely wife Sandy too and lucky enough to carry his “Cheeseberger” signature guitar from the Olympia Theatre in Paris to the band hotel years ago after a gig!

Buck has a good sense of humor. I’ve seen them live 48 times since Tyranny and Nutation came out. I first saw them open for Rod Stewart and Faces in Cincinnati Gardens. They ROCKED but were cut short so REO Speedwagon could play and REO had an off night. I told my then Girlfriend (RIP) I’m gonna see these guys every chance I get! I’ve never lived in or near a city, so it’s been a lot of road trips. One thing about BOC, they NEVER suck. And sometimes when the crowd is just right, MAGIC happens. I’ve experienced Synesthesia twice during BOC shows. Pretty danged cool. (seeing Sound as Colors) saw it another time during a Jean Luc Ponty Show.
Michael Moorcock injected a 'literary quality' into Science Fiction, & in addition became an extremely influential & illuminating figure, in what was the burgeoning space rock chapter of the early 70s. Wish he would have done more solo stuff over the years, not only one of my fave guitarists ever but such a beautiful voice. This song needs a proper release on a full length album.
5:12 George Geranios has a youtube page with about 50 videos. Some alternate studio tracks, demos and some live tracks. Mostly BOC, but a few other bands. Just search his name and you've found gold.
