Albert's Schloss Birmingham challenged me to take onThe Bavarian feast which has NEVER been completed by a single person. The platter can be found on the menu under ‘alpine favourites’ its a HUGE sharing platter which includes;
Roast pork knuckle, chicken schnitzel, bratwurst, kaiserwurst, chilliwurst, pork belly, sformato, braised red cabbage, charred broccoli, bier jus, Schloss kraut and for good measure, a pot of sliced pickles.

That looks delicious... I'm relieved to not see any French fries on that table. Sometimes I've wished that I could reach through the screen and sweep them off myself. I'm glad they included apple sauce. The platter is well constructed.

I love the pork knuckle and crispy crackling....used to get it all the time when visiting Germany. They should do a challenge with 2 pork knuckles, 2 mash and 2 red cabbage inside 30 mins

Fun fact: the pork knuckle is called Eisbein in German., which translates to ice leg. In earlier days, people used this bone for ice skating.

When they gave her 45 mins to finish it, in my head I said 10 mins. Under 15 still awesome, this almost looked leisurely. Man, that food looks absolutely scrumptious!
