So Basically this news is totally bullshit and misguiding. They need news thats why they do this things with big words. Practically this drug get approval in 2014 by US FDA and also available in india. The only things is immunotherapy drug is too costly. So If you have money you can buy it in india. Like Daratumumab another monoclinal antibody CD38 immunotherapy drug come in 75000 per 400 mg and practically 1200 mg use so cost ~200000 lacs in india. So Drug is available and immuonotherapy antibody drugs commonly come from 2014. The latest you know to Bispecific and CAR-T CELL Therapy , Right now CAR - T CELL therapy in clinical trial in india and practically not available in india. So You easily get this drug in india but they cost you.

Cancer is uncontrolled cell growth. Depending on where that uncontrolled cell growth occurs is where you get the different types of cancers such as Breast cancer or colon cancer, etc. Over time cancer as it matures can cause different diseases. The truth is though we ALL have had cancer in our life, but it hadn't matured to a stage where it was a big issue because our body resolved the issue naturally. The reason cancer is so common is because EVERYTHING in our environment has some form of toxin in it. In order to heal from cancer once it gotten to a noticeable stage you have to avoid the toxins as much as possible and eat a better diet.

I was asking myself this very question just this week. I had in mind the CEO of the top telco in Kenya (and most of Africa in general), who died nearly 5 years ago from this disease. He was a great guy from Guyana who was doing a lot personally and in his corporate capacity to positively impact our society. It struck suddenly at the height of his career. My own grandfather died in _pain_ from the disease. Way back in 1989. We're able to create artificial neural networks and use them to do impressive things but when it comes to cancer it somehow feels like we're in some age before the advent of modern medicine -- chemotherapy in particularly is reminiscent of when toxic chemicals like mercury, arsenic and radium, bloodletting using leeches etc, were used in attempts to cure ailments. I'm hopeful that AI will help

I am up to 19 rounds of chemo and am learning more than I want to know. I know two cancer sufferers who have been on immunotherapy for prolonged periods and they have suffered very serious side effects. There are costs you must pay. I was in conversation with my oncologist a few hours ago discussing my options, they may include immunotherapy further down the road. It is a balancing act trying to get it right . At present there is no magic drug or cure.

Really deadly diseases. I go to London every summer and shock to find prevalence of widespread cancers .NHS cannot cope with rise in cases. Food ,smoking and drinking play key roles .Their food habits are in processed and junk foods. Maida and red meat diet play key role. We Bharat washi are also following same pattern to some extent. We should consume more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, sprouts and lentils. Boycott all Refined oils

We spent millions of money, my father went through 24 chemos and weakened Him and we went through immunotherapy as well but it was no use, he is struggling in his bed with no full consciousness 😢

There are cures for many cancers. It all depends on the stage and other comorbiditues of the patient. Most common cancer in males is oral cancer. Can be easily avoided by not eating betel nuts or tobacco or smoking. Even they ahve pre cancerous lesions and if presneted early are curable. Similar for breast cancer. Cervical cancer can be reduced to a greeat extent with hpv vaccination and periodic screening And if in early stages can be cured. Its onmy whn tge presnet late that cancer metastasise elsewhere making the complete resection of the tumour difficult snd hence the guarded prognosis. Similarly colon cancer can be detected by screening colonoscopy. But doke cancers like gastric and prostate tend to produce symptoms late and end up with late stages and mets. Some cancers have very good prognosis. It all depends on a number of factors. Including the stage the histological type and the location and so on. Just saying theres no cure for cancer is wrong. Because it can affect any organ and have varied manifestation and prognosis depending on a number of factors. So to cure cancer as a whole well need to be able to cure all of them. For eg if you look at skin cancers. Basal cell ca has the best and malignant melanoma has the worst prognosis. Even treatment is different. So bith are cancers and even affect the same organ but behave as a totally different disease altogether. So i yhink tye better way to say is some cancers are curable while all are not. And the most common cancers worldwide can be caught early with screening or by avoiding unhealthy habits

Allopathy is about control and suppressing symptoms. It's ironic the Indians in India not aware that before the Egyptian and Greeks or in the same era, of time the ancient Tamil Siddha Traditional Medicines have already comprehensive knowledge and treatment protocol for Cancers. They Named it as PILAWEI AND RAJA PILAWEI... India still sleeping. 😮😮
