Glad to see you back Brotha Pressure! Once I got saved and gave my life to Christ and got out of the streets I became a master plumber. Similar to your journey Brotha Pressure, I worked for a company and then started my own business. The hardest thing with working with your own kind is that hate the change brotha and thru certain individuals the devil will reveal himself to trick you out of character. Men of God have to think different though. Gone are the days of letting the devil destroy what you've built. Check them or fire them if need be. Elon Musk and Steve Jobs never stressed about employees and blackmen should not either. Also a key to every great man's success is his wife. Maaan when I tell you my wife took care of all the paper work, payroll, customer disputes etc. All I had to do was perform the labor. She was a helpmate in every since of the word. I would not be the man I am today without her. Keep going Brotha Pressure! Also, I never heard of all this carbon fiber talk til a last few years. IMO real drivers, know how to handle heavy duty steel hahaha. This new age still be killing me maaan hahaha

Bro thanks for posting this. I'm in the process of writing my business plan and it's becoming stressful trying to convince the bank to give me a loan. I want to be able to hire 1 employee but I need the cash flow. I would predicate if you did a video on things to avoid or do 1st year in business. Also, how do you keep your composure when talking to employees. 🥷 will work for you but be a hater. I've seen it all my life bro. Keep posting bro, you are sincere and that's hard to find. Ppl watching even if they don't comment. The audience will eventually find you. Also, that carbon fiber pcs hard. Gives your M6 more flare even tho black on black always hard.

Bro, I'm going to keep it all the way real with you. When we first launched our business, my wife and I had money in our savings before we asked for the loan. Instead of requesting for a business loan, we requested for a personal loan, which I believe is a lot easier. The bank wants to see a positive pattern in your account that shows that you save frequently and you aren't frivolous in your spending. Also, I started over. I sold my hellcat and Scatpack and bought a honda insight. I knew in my mind that this was temporary and I was going to put my best foot forward. Failure wasn't an option because we are all in. Hard work will pay off bro and if God opens that door then your business will be blessed beyond measures. Also these🥷 be hating fr but the first year, you have to pray God gives you the strength to keep self control. It's hard but at the end of the day as long as you are in the field with them, you will have to deal with it. Once those checks start rolling in, then that will ease everything until they make you mad again 🤣

@@PressureTheCarGuy So instead of getting a small business loan, you're saying to get a personal loan. Do I have to create a business plan for that and what other documentation do you need? I need enough to where I'm not dipping into my personal savings. I gotta family bro and I gotta make sure I have that cushion in case things are slow until I have a real clientele. You're right bro failure isn't an option.

@bandstospend Yes I would get a personal loan instead of a small business loan. No you don't have to present a business plan. All you have to present is your last 2 year taxes and previous check stubs. They look at your credit score and your debt to income ratio which is important. This is why I sold my hellcat and scatpack because I wanted my debt to income ratio to be as low as possible. Being transparent, I was approved through my credit union and they gave me an interest rate of 6.9% on 35k. So monthly I pay $696 monthly. Honestly it was better for me to do it this way without them folks being all in my business.

@PressureTheCarGuy Thanks for the jewel bro. I don't have anything to hide. I'm 💯 legit when it comes to the 💰. But, I get what you're saying if you're talking about them nitpicking through my business plan. Did you still create a plan even though you did not have to? When it comes to scaling back I'm trying to sale or trade in my scatpack for something less expensive. I .was looking at that Suburea for performance but it's 2 door. I gotta get a sedan.

@bandstospend I did not create a formal business plan but I did research the cost needed on the monthly basis, such as supplies, insurance, employees, and etc. But before I went to get the loan, I mastered the trade. Research everything about the business you are trying to start and just take a leap of faith.
