I just recently bought a house & we got our couches from Big Lots. They are so affordable! Just make sure the cushions don’t come out or they will slide out EVERY TIME you sit/lay on it & it will drive you crazy! We are currently looking for another couch, because it drives us crazy. just a tip! 😊

I had a similar issue with an IKEA couch & I stuck velcro strips under the cushions and that helped a bit until I got another couch lol

z maybe we should try that. We love the color/fabric of the couch, but the cushions drive me crazy. We tried putting a cover over them, but they still slide out every time you sit/lay on them. I think the Velcro isn’t strong enough. Maybe we could add more!

You should buy command velcro strips - try attaching one to cushion and one to couch

I can’t wait to see the finished house! I love these videos. I’m so so happy for you ❤️❤️❤️ we went to big lots for our furniture and was looking for a sectional. We got a huge sectional that seats 8-9 people and a matching recliner chair for only $800! With some discount coupons and extra percentage off they gave us it was a great experience

We bought our couches from there too! I bought my recliner rocker there too 10 yrs strong. I had to by when I was pregnant because acid reflux and heartburn was no joke. We call it "The nest". 😁🐣 Our couches have recliners on both ends and they are sooooooo comfortable. Chocolate colored.

Big Lots has 15% off for members a few times a year that's when we usually purchase our bigger ticket items. Its coming together nicely😊

Try going back to the 3 stores more during the middle of the week! Everyone goes shopping on weekends so all the good things are gone by the beginning of the week! So you’ll find all the goods in the middle of the week when they are stocking up ! 🤗🤗

I got my couches from Big Lots and they are the most comfortable couches I ever owned. You actually showed my couch in your video 🤣 Big Lots is bomb for home decor and snacks. They also have certain days during the year where they have 15-20% off, even on furniture

Honestly too if you do the “same as cash” option at rent-a-center, it ends up being pretty affordable. That’s what my husband and I did, and I believe the payments do help your credit.

We purchased our sectional from big lots, so much cheaper than the furniture stores we went to. Check target for lamps, I saw some really nice ones the other day.

They sell really cheap paper blinds at walmart and family dollar. You can cut them depending on the size of your windows....

Jasmine, not sure if you’re close to one but check out a store called At Home. I’m moving too and just went to the one in Cherry Hill and was blown away. It’s gigantic and they have everything you need. If you don’t have one nearby you can shop online. I’m not lying when i tell you I was flabbergasted when I walked in there. Literally everything you need to furnish and decorate your home at reasonable pricing.

I actually painted my old lamp base and got a new lamp shade at Hobby Lobby - HL carries bases and shades so you can mix and match. Lamps are expensive! Loving the home decor videos.

You can buy paper blinds from Home Depot for the time being. That’s what we did when we first moved into our house. Blinds can get expensive!

I recently moved to North Dakota and big Lots is about 2 hrs away from the town i live so im really sad because they have so many cute house decors and their furnitures are good with the price. Also check out dollar general. Sometimes they have nice lamps for cheaper price.

I use "Dr. Bronner’s - Pure-Castile Liquid Soap (Baby Unscented, 32 Ounce)" for cleaning my makeup brushes. I find that it works so much better than dish soap. It's more Moisturizering. You can get it off Amazon and it lasts forever

Walmart has some cute lamps! You can choose the lamp shade to go with it too. I have one that has the glass on it & have a gray lamp shade for like $15 I think

Because of you I use zote soap to clean my brushes and my sponges! Love it and it’s super cheap and it takes out the stains.
