I got banned from their Discord server after winning a halloween giveaway for a false reason, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to f*ck off (in a slightly nicer way) and that I should "follow the rules next time" (what next time?)

The anti cheat/ banning system works is complicated in hcr2, to the point where I can't even explain, even though I know about the game limits, codes, and some BTS things about the game (BTS means behind the scenes)

Ive theorized the same. And seen it play out. Top guys, totally legit, banned only to comeback, spend tons of real money to get it back. Fs is broken and really only wants your money.

I do not agree that the developers are greedy, as the game is not pay to win, you can get a good account while never spending money. I never buy in-app purchases, and I don't feel that I am behind or lacking in any way

I got banned like 2 yrs ago. It was sudden and with literally no reason at all. One reason i could think of is that my vehicle gliched in one of races (it made vehicle stuck in ground). Luckily there was option to write to fingersoft. and my ban was removed literally next day.
