I have a stock SQ5 and would like to see everything all over again, no worries. Let’s see you do things inside the cars interior.

To all the SQ5 hater queefs. 1. Q5 is built off the A4 chassis, very nimble. Super on point steering and braking. Mileage into the 30's. 2. Room in the rear, plenty to be exact. 3. Ground clearance. Needs no explaining the benefit. Especially when modded with air suspension. 4. Same engine as the S4. Great motor. 400whp easy with bolt ons. 5. As an Audi Sales Specialist, I can tell you we sell over double the Q5 chassis, in comparison to any other Audi model. Only downside is the 8 speed. They should've kept the DSG. Period.

The color is outstanding and I think you made the right choice. People that are upset over this don't need to go out and buy an SQ5 if they don't want to!

The look of the RS grille will transform the front end. You're going to love it! Be aware, it is a pain to install. Search online for an install. It helped me a ton when I did mine!

Funny that I ran across your channel tonight. I bought a '15 Sepang SQ5 Prestige earlier this month too. 25k on the car and came with APR stage 1 & 2 intake. So far I added H&R -3 springs with Bilstein B8's, EPL stage 2 with TCU tune... have the RS grill and summer wheels on order now. Just subscribed - I will be watching your build as I do mine now haha

I would say once lowered this is the closest to a b8.5 s4 Avant we can get in the US. The perfect balance of practicality and speed.

If you have adaptive suspension, check out the KW HAS kit. I loved it on my Q5 3.0. Super adjustable and I still fit 295’s all around.

So first of all big shout out to you all the way from Bavaria Germany.. I am curently driving a sleeper Q5 which means it is a almost normal Q5 with tuned up engine to 315 horsepower and i am now thinking of installing a Garrett stage 2 which gives me around 410 horsepower.. hmm but living in Germany we have tons of rules and regulations no one needs and we´ll see if it can be done what i have in mind.. The Q5/SQ5 for me is the best car ive ever driven.. so have fun and keep tuning it..

I found this channel by accident. I am currently driving an s4 and had thoughts of getting a 2016 SQ5. it’s such a difficult choice because Ive never owned an suv, but yet feel drawn to it. Anyways, happy your feeling the ride tho.

The zf8 is fantastic on the highway. Not so much in the city with heavy traffic and low speeds. You’ll discover that with time

Just got a '16 SQ5 too... I get pretty bad brake squeek at super slow speeds/parking speeds. Do you get the same problem?

Hey Man, I had an S6 which was totaled. The car was an absolute animal! Stage 1 APR with TCU tune, now looking at an SQ5. The S6 was extremely expensive to maintain. I am hoping the SQ5 is a bit cheaper to maintain. Thanks for the video.

I'm planning to move from mk6 GTI to SUV soon, I'm gonna miss my GTI but I'll be back one day when I can afford/have the space for two cars!

Quick notes the rs grill you ordered is likely not going to fit as all of the vendors who claim their grille will work on the SQ5 because the frame and I’ve soured the internet for the last year and it’s just not there. -The ZF trans tune does not exist eithe. -Lastly you cannot fit 295 tires on the front. 285’s is the max and even that’s pushing it. If you ever need any help or recommendations with the car itself or trying to obtain parts happy to help as I’ve spent literally 100’s of hours modding my own. I also have extra own parts if you could use some.

I have a S4 Sepang Blue with the Black and White interior or (piano black) with black wood and aluminum inserts wrapped on VMRs 710 gun metal. Also have a 2014 Q5 Prestige with the Big brakes OEM and 3.0T. This SUV's Performance can be underestimated. They are fast and do have the same platform as the Porsche Macan with less price tag. So happy for you and looking forward to your SQ5 project.

What is the REAL power different Between the SQ5 AND THE Q5 2.0Tsi. ? There is a real change?

Finally someone who know cars got an SQ5, I have been searching for a long time. I have a 2017 SQ5 Daytona grey a very nice but the problem is the engine oil every couple months I have to add oil to it took it the dealer and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and they said oh these supercharged engines always need oil every couple of months and he advised me to just keep adding it every time I see the message come up.

I love my sq5. We test drove a Porsche Macan and loved it but it was 2 years old and not certified. Enjoy the sq5!!

Excited to see what you do, the 3.0t is an incredible platform. I have a 15 Audi a6 prestige @394hp and a 15 sq5 premium plus stock. Easily tuned cars and still realible to 450hp

I just had a baby and I'm looking for a dad mobile that's still fun and makes decent power. Doing some research a few mods and these things make 450ish hp? That would be perfect for me and a total sleeper since people have no idea what an SQ5 is. Also, didn't realize you're from Mass! I am too, the roads fucking suck around here. Makes it impossible to drive my Vette. Earned a sub from me.

Eli this car is amazing man!!! So excited for you! How do you like it after all of the mods? On my first SQ5 I didn’t notice much going stage2 with the pully and AWE full to be honest. It felt good and sounded amazing! But not sure if it was worth what I spent How do you feel?

I’m in market for an suv that’s not a soccer mom suv , for example like yours but not as sporty.. I have the x50i in mind but only from the years 2012-13 is there any alternatives you can recommend? I’ve also been looking at more all wheel drive, rear wheel drive suvs no fwd 🚶🏻‍♂️ but yeah any recommendations?

My wife and I had a 2015 SQ5 prestige glacier white with the 21" wheels and black leather. We traded it in and now we wish we had it back. The new SQ5s have the fake exhaust tips and that keeps us from getting one of those.

Excited to see what you can do with the SUV, which presents its own set of challenges. Also hoping Audi will see US enthusiasm for high performance utility vehicles and bring more of these models here (I.e., RS6 avant or SQ7) to compete against the likes of AMG E63 wagon etc. Maybe an S8 plus for the next build. 😜

I purchased a white 2016 SQ5 with a stage one unitronic tune a couple months ago, and absolutely love it. I would just like to do something to make it a bit louder, but cant seem to find any information out there about sq5 exhausts/ deletes , so was curious if you were planning anything along these lines..

The “i gapped u!” Is so dumb the high speed racing and gloating gapping thing sounds so dumb and is dumb. If I don’t change oil or something ur car or the other car will gap one or the other so it’s dumb. I hate hearing I gapped u.

If possible you should talk to IE about a TCU tune for the ZF, I'm sure I can speak for all the c7 a6/a7 and sq5/q5 guys would love to have a easy flash solution versus going with the hp tuners route. Cheers!
