I like the idea, similar to me. Don’t forget you can play old season prem from March so might be weeks where you’re better slotting the new season into old for a more competitive team or play both so you defo have a keeper playing in one team
I think you're being a bit ambitious. With no 270 cap the tournament will be very hard with value picks like yours, I have the full Fulham collection for this season and hit 320 points with the 3-1 win, Palhinha captain only getting 45 lets me down. The Alisson DNP destroyed so many teams as well, I think we will be seeing 380 points+ required for the $50 as more players complete their City/Arsenal/Liverpool stacks.

The 'in season' premier league comp will run till the end of the Prem season & they will be every weekend! The only way to have a chance at winning 'free' in season cards is by playing 'Sorare rivals' in which after 3 consecutive rival wins in the arena you will get a 'rewards box' which has low probability of you winning a limited sorare card. Basically the answer is its not really possible to play the premier league in season comp without spending $
