Most of your reasons are quite similar to mine except the WEATHER part.I just know in theory that it’s a four season country but realistically it’s just summer and winter . Extremely hot in summer and extremely cold in winter.😢 But China is so big and different places have different weather pattern.

US and UK are amongst the most expensive in the world for doing medicine.
