I took this vo-tech class in high school, woodworking. I took a lot of vo-tech classes, because it was just big jerk-off, but this one time I had this teacher by the name of Mr. Pike. I guess he was like a Marine or something before he got old. He was hard hearing. My project for his class was to make this wooden box. You know, like a small box, you know, to put stuff in. So I wanted to get the thing done as fast as possible. I figured I could cut classes for the rest of the semester and he couldn't flunk me as long as I, you know, made the thing. So I finished it in a couple days. And it looked pretty lame, but it worked. You know, for putting in or whatnot. So when I showed it to Mr. Pike for my grade, he looked at it and said: "Is that the best you can do?" At first I thought to myself "Hell yeah, bitch. Now give me a D and shut up so I can go blaze one with my boys." I don't know. Maybe it was the way he said it, but... it was like he wasn't exactly saying it sucked. He was just asking me honestly, "Is that all you got?" And for some reason, I thought to myself: "Yeah, man, I can do better." So I started from scratch. I made another, then another. And by the end of the semester, by like box number five, I had built this thing. You should have seen it. It was insane. I mean, I built it out of Peruvian walnut with inlaid zebrawood. It was fitted with pegas, no screws. I sanded it for days, until it was smooth as glass. Then I rubbed all the wood with tung oil so it was rich and dark. It even smelled good. You know, you put nose in it and breathed in, it was... perfect.

on the wood stuff, if she was looking at treated wood, yes its gonna be wet in the as the contact with other treated, wet wood will hold the water. and thats a non issue as thats how its treated to not absorb water. so if the wood is wet all it means is that the wood was kept outside before it got it. source, i work at home depot in the wood department

I am an Electrical Engineer and we use AutoCAD Electrical. Allows us to not only create circuits, Panel Designs, Network Systems, and Motor Designs, but also allows us to create Layouts of entire fields like Oil & Gas Industries & Conveyor Systems for Amazon & UPS.

Yeeeah ranked is really, really stupid in this game now. Its defintely not as good as it use to be. Its boring, hella luck based unless youre stacking, no protection for people who get screwed over by teammates dcing. MMR is a mess below Masters. Golds who one trick getting diamond but do not have the same set of skill to stay there if they swap. No consistent loss protection. I played 10 games today and 4 of them I had leavers in a row, yet i get full loss points for a game that could have been winnable. Solo que has gotten WORSE. Id rather watch someone having fun in qp or customs than watching someone sweat their balls off to win win lose win lose lose win win. I got a bit ranty. Love your stuff flats keep doing what you want, ranked is not fun. Dont blame you for not wanting to play it as much or as seriously.

I also did CADD which stands for Computer Aided Drafting and Design. We did architecture and 3D modeling in ours when I did it back like 15 years ago now

For any of the nerds who don't mess with lumber, the wood Fareeha is describing; AKA pressure treated lumber, is wet because of the treatment process of the wood that makes it more stable when used outdoors. Its wet because the chemicals used to treat the wood sometimes seep out when they sit on pallets or on a stack in the store. I actually highly doubt the wood shes describing actually had anything wrong with it from what I know of how said wood behaves.

I feel the need to take a break from comp. At some point I was about to reach diamond LITERALLY ONE game away, now I’m gold 4. (I’m a tank ONLY main, which probably explains it) There’s so many games where my team dominates and then still lose. Whether it’s me or my team fuck it I’m tired dawg.

Ranked both RQ and open are the same just open is more chaotic with multiple tanks etc.

Huh, the CAD software I learned in school was basically a 3D modeling software to digitally design mechanical components. I learned Autodesk inventor in high school and all we did there was make cubes and bottles in CAD lmao Like the qp vids btw, it's chill 👌

i worked at lowes we keep the wood out back or in the bullpen so if it rains it just gets wet and stays wet for quite a while.

The wood inside is likely wet because it's treated lumber, so it has a longer shelf life.

On the "monkey bars dont cost that much" yes the material itself doesnt but holy hell do they upcharge if you go for the premade ones with knurling on the bars(knurling is the crosshatch pattern in metal that gives grip). The materials could cost lets say 500 but the labor(literally they just put parts in a machine half the time). essentially something that costs hardly anything in terms of materials could cost you 2000(bc who doesnt love upcharge and sometimes they have to meet certain "safety" regulations) gotta love it.

NGL I'd start doing like 5min bans on anyone who askes for ranked on stream chat. Would I/you lose viewers, yes but it would curb the amount of people spamming "Ranked????" *I say "I" as an entire hypothetical because A. I dont stream and B. I doubt Flats would but its still a thought.

Tbh I actually enjoyed my country's (Scotland) equivalent to high school. We don't have middle school, we have primary school which is like elementary school and then we have the academy which is just middle school and high school combined. Evnen though I had some bad experiences. I fortunately never experienced bullying much outside of some racist jokes from one guy who clearly was just insecure about something and thought making racist jokes about me would make others like him more which honestly with my sick sense of humour I would laugh at nowadays lol but I was a teenager so it affected me a bit different as well and most teachers weren't that nice.

Im tired of the toxic people on the game. Quick play i get messaged on my xbox. Wow you sucked that game. Like its quick play. I was playing a person im learning. Oh nice excuse for sucking like ok. Im over peoples egos. I played ow1 a ton. I stopped ow2 after season one because of lame ass people. I have now muted all chats on this game.
