I would LOVE a 'how I became a morning person' video - I'm currently in a weird space of burnout where I was super productive before but I've come to a halt and want to pick myself up again so I think it would be super helpful!

Thank you for speaking about this! I honestly haven’t seen a whole lot of productivity RU-vidrs talk about the health hazards of getting up so early, and often times it creates a sense of shame if you don’t wake up really early and sleep early, and it sucks because a lot of people are more productive/creative at night! I think a lot of people could learn a lot from your experience with waking up at different hours of the day.

Oh gosh, this was so helpful! I've never thought of splitting my "productive time" in two parts. I'm goint back to uni in a week and I actually feel excited about trying to go to the library in the mornings in order to leave my evening time for more creative tasks *.* Ilysm!

I find we have opposing views on productivity/sleep schedules and I think that's perfectly okay :) as a future educator, having these differing views will help me help others in the long run as well.

i love la roche posay products too, maybe the effaclar H is better, is for acne and sensitive skin and super light and moisturizing, i think is perfect for autumn and winter but a little too much for summer

I'm not a morning person, that's why when I was still a student I've taken classes that starts late [10-ish] but irl it's you that's supposed to adjust.. 😲😲 sometimes the alarm work, most of the time it doesn't.. 🤷‍♀🤷‍♀ but being in the medical field now, we have crazy 12-hr or 16-hr [if you're lucky there's this rare 8-hr] shifts.. so, yes to "How to become a morning person" video, I'm on leave for language school [for work] but my classes starts at 7:30 AM, I know I'm slow & a lil lazy that I need to wake up at 4:30 AM and I've been sleeping super late like 2 AM for the past two weeks, wake up at around 11 AM.. I have this app 'Alarmy' that when it alarms you need to solve a math problem and it doesn't stop alarming unless you've completed the 3-5 questions..so by the time that you want to go back to sleep, you can't because your brain was awaken by the set of questions [at least for me].. 🤔🤔

I heard that it's not possible to change if your a morning person or a night owl. Sure I don't mind and it's possible for me to wake up early when I really need to. But after trying to wake up earlier to be more productive I've realized that I still have my creativity come out when the night comes around. So it never changed for me even though I tried getting up earlier to have more time. I don't force myself to get up anymore because alarms are really bad for your body when you're resting your mind and body. I still get up around 9-10am which everyone's body needs it's own time to sleep so you may even need more than 8 hours of sleep lol I usually get 9 myself.

hi!! i really enjoy your videos!! just wanna say that probably you used to have an "oily skin" as a reaction to a really dry skin. This is quite a normal thing... you get dry skin -> your skin reacts generating a lot of oils -> your normal and natural skin bacteria gets crazy -> pimples everywhere -> you put on products for pimples -> your skin gets dryer -> more oils.... this, and the hormone inestability of teenagers and stress makes it really bad :( thats why when you stop using those products and started to moisturiza it got better!! just wanna say this for the info, bc a lot of peolpe struggle with this and these cosmetic products just work (if the do) in the really short term, and then make it worse so you need to buy more stuff hope it was usefull :) ps. check out "chronobiology", it studies all the circadian circles stuff :)

Maybe this is relatable- I feel less like a functional morning person when daylight savings ends in the fall. My productivity is for suuuurre compromised during those shorter daylight days

lmao through highschool even if I woke up at 9 I still wouldn't be waking up with the sun because swedish winters have like 0.2 seconds of sunlight before the sun sets again :(
