Take care! At hospital now, after 3 days ICU, brought numbers down, but now test for kidneys failure. My husband feeling better. Hopefully good news! Always know where to go for emergencies!
Pre-workouts can really stress your vital organs! And they are unregulated, so you really don’t know what you are ingesting! I’m glad that in the past you’ve always been “fine,” but you really are putting your liver and kidneys ( and obviously your heart) at risk when you ingest them! I’m glad you are safe ok, but please take this as a wake up call!
Saw a pre-workout powder that had an analog of Ritalin in it, was at a health and vitamin shop... forgot the name of it, but there's a lot of garbage out there
