Chetak has a beautiful design compared all other EV electric and IC engine scooters. But still they need intraduce big battery pack-175km true range with rider and pillion.
Congrats bro.. can you plz confirm one thing that earthing is must in this model 3201 or not? Other brands like ola,ather, iqube may not required earthing as charger is seperate.

Dont ever buy an Ola scooter no matter how much discount Ola is giving. I am Ola owner and I am very much frustrated, annoyed and suffered because of Ola. Till now 4-5 times it has been dead on road. I had to push it till my home. 😔 After sales service is totally useless. You cant depend on them at all.
@@BuluBiker @Deepak , Deepak bhai, I guess the Chetak battery is an NMC battery only Ampere Nexus and Hero Electric have LFP batteries. The best part is that Ather and Chetak have done good RnD for the Battery management system. Chetak itself is very conservative with top speed even though it appears to have the power to go further but technically there is a speed limit. Please Correct me with evidence.
Bulu, I am also considering a E scooter, did a test drive for Chetak but rejected it bcz there was a lot of jerk when accelerating, when I checked with dealer he said it is because of using brake while using accelerator. This was the deal breaker for me as I will always like a have a little brake when beginning to accelerate, also in corner when both brake and acceleration is required this jerk is felt. After discussing when I tried just acceleration or braking, it was working fine. This to me is an issue, did you also feel the same or did you adjust around it? If not this might be a test scooter issue I can consider Chetak again and test ride a different unit.
I couldn't observe this in the short ride, but since my riding style is slightly different as I use very less clutch n brakes on motorcycles n scooters so may be because of that I didn't feel anything.
Agar ye scooter mera papa ke place of posting me milta 2021 me, to pakka yahi leta. Isliye humare papa ne 2021 me Fascino 125 FI BS6 (ph 1) le liye the with drum brake. Ye gadi me maintenance kam mangta hai. Avi uska 3 saal se zyada ho gya......aur avi 8500 km ke aspas chal gya hai, toh is wakt me ek bar brake pads , rear brake cable, speedometer cable (analog instrument cluster hai) , indicator buzzer aur ek bar uska starter battery replace hua hai.......isko chhorke engine smooth hai, lekin low rpm me ajkal thora vibration feel hota hai, aur uska check engine light suru suru me aata tha even without problem....avi ye nahi ata..... Ajkal ka scooter me body Polycarbonate ka ata hai to isliye crash guard mandatory hain. Ekbar petrol pump se nikalte wakt gir gaya tha mai aur papa......front apron part ka ek plastic panel ka clip tut gya tha.....replace karne ke baad v ek jagah panel gap reh gya hai......
Chetak is good for the First 6 months then it shows its Real crook color of Bajaj and becomes Cheatak as range starts falling severely. Hence they give lowest 3 year warranty on battery and Still people buy it 😂
Very good as per quality . Wise... jitna deta he. Acha quaality deta he. Chetak..... this scooter is not for feature lover..... very good scooter i m using it since 1 year plus...... very much satisfied.
So far I have only taken scooter for basic services have replaced brake pad twice ,charger got replaced under warranty rest journey with chetak has been very good suspension and brakes are very superior
Congratulations, very wise decision. One more point that I would like to add is the legacy manufacturers have the know how of producing a vehicle and I feel the new EV manufacturers don't test their vehicles and rush it to the market. So if one is planning to take EV better to stick with legacy manufacturers like Bajaj, Hero, TVS
We should buy more products of Bajaj , because they may be a big brand but their R&D is way behind than small brands like Ultraviolet, I wish Bajaj spend more on R&D and not invest it to make AutoRishkaw
