Happy to sub. You & Bash are a breath of fresh air. 😊 I get the same pains in my shoulders, neck etc. (& anxiety) A physio friend gave me a simple exercise that seems to help... Stand with feet slightly apart. Bring arms (bent at the elbow) to your shoulders, palms forward. Bring both your palms back, so that you feel your shoulder blades come to the centre of your back. Repeat about 20 times. Do this every few days. Hope it helps, Sarah.

OMG let me tell you about my trip!!!! I can see why Ibiza is where all the celebs go on vacation it’s one of the coolest places ever!!!! I loved it!!!! I was vacationing queen Sarah style. The room was wow!!!! So big for one person. I survived my detox and it wasn’t easy. There were moments where I missed my phone. So glad to have it back now. You know the maddest thing I just clocked? Remember your birthday vlog where you checked out and had your complimentary stay at the W? I was in the corridor I was like “ why does it look familiar?’ I remembered the scene and I was blown away I stayed in the same hotel as you!!!!! It was so iconic and I recognized the balcony too. I thought it looked familiar. You didn’t mention how awesome it was. The glass elevator, the spa, the buffet, and the comfy lounge chairs. You left out the best parts. I went to the spa and it was relaxing they have a foot bath that bubbles and apparently sea water is good for your skin and dries out the spots. Might wanna try getting your face wet at the beach when you break out. The food was so good and I was thinking your gluten intolerance would go out the window. Friday night, I had crunchy taco shells with some really good meat it had a hint of rice in it. You know the restaurant at the W? I ate there and you did not mention how good the food was. You didn’t mention it was a staircase. When I saw the pool I guessed where your room was. ( the one before you had Dua’s birthday vacation) I also guessed the room you had with Attico. How does a free stay work? Surely you wouldn’t get away with room charges. It was iconic being by the sea. Duck fountain, the green light house, the boats. I found a exercise park but not the same one you went to. Where was it? I couldn’t find it. Speaking of boats, my Dad wants to rent one for a day, there’s no way he could afford it. Not even bash could, you wouldn’t even let hi. If he tried. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 You know calla llonga the beach you told me about, I went there. They had an excer use park too. Poor thing not being able to use it. We took a ferry there and the ride was fun. I love the bumpy waves. Not as bumpy as jet skiing. You’d never believe how expensive a jet ski tour is. I don’t know how you managed it. At least Radical didn’t eat you. (He’s the shark from Dua’s album shoot. I hope he didn’t try to eat her.) I was worried about Tiberius eating her. “She” loves him, but no one else does no wonder he’s vicious. I was listening to an orthopedic specialist on Chef AJ youtube channel. She explained how everything is part of the whole. Back pain can me caused by any other part of the body (like the ankles or hips). The specialist has some sort of diagnostic test on her youtube channel to aid in identifying problems. Hope you are feeling better

Sarah, Great to see you again! I was noticing your legs (not to be weird) BUUUT, I believe that those compression pants that you use are working! Your legs appear to have more shapely! :)) Especially in the ankle regions. I just thought you might want to know given that they were a financial investment AND you are using them diligently. I am also noticing because I want to purchase a pair for myself. I have an arthritic left knee that causes swelling due to improper lymph drainage.
