Well... I think spending hour and hours reading books is the greatest part about them. Reading in your bed, in a cold and sunny Saturday is just great.
Here’s the thing, it depends on where you grow up, I grew up in America where lots of things are free, but in a pourto Rican household, you learn to not value it as you bought it, but to always thing about how much the person that bought it cared for you

This also applies to the world of videogames. If you buy a game for free, you probably will leave it quickly, but if you pay for it, you'll try to get it over. That's a huge nightmare for many indie game developers, because if they put the game with any price, no one will buy it; but if they put it free, no one will value it and they will leave it quickly. In conclusion, everything's a bullsh*t
For the apartment, you can take a deposit from the people booking it and charge a cancelation fee if they cancel after a point of time. Or refund the whole deposit after their samtay is over, after checking that everything is fine and in place!

Idk I think behind the scenes if you look up online on what happens to lottery winners. The case might be the same. They blow it all. That means they don't value it
How can I agree more to this guy. Although, not trying to argue here. Sometimes, when you see an opportunity, or a gift given to you for free, it would be better to take it than leave it. Why? People do insist, they want to, they gave it to you, to show kindness. You can do the same by taking the gift and saying thank you! I’m not gonna continue I’m tired and I don’t want to make it a big deal.
