I believe rest and recovery are important. I can relate, I suffered from a stress fracture on my right ankle, I couldn’t run for 6 months. I was over doing it by running long distances every day without stretching. Now I make sure to give myself 48 hours in between runs to rest. It’s worked wonders. When you get plenty of rest, you think better, therefore it can help you be more productive.

I have watched two videos from your channel and love your vibe. This video was so related in terms of not asking for help! I was the same, during university I never asked for help and was struggling with my mental health, felt embarrassed, thinking I would get through this tough time with no help. I was wrong, it can be difficult to ask for help. Once you have the courage to do so, you will think, why did I not ask for help sooner! Asking for help, has made me more confident and able to think positively about when I need to ask for me vs not needing help. I have subscribed to your channel.
