Hi everyone! Welcome or welcome back to my channel! I know how stressful working in the BPO industry can get, and in today's video, I'll be sharing the reasons why I quit working as a customer service representative. It was such a memorable experience and something that has improved me a lot. I am not sure if I still have plans on going back, but one thing's for sure, I am not closing any doors. Right now, I am very happy with my job at PSG, and I intend to stay for at least a year because this is the type of work I enjoy doing. I don't think everyone has the same thoughts working in a call center as mine. Some may enjoy the job and others may not be that stressed out as there are a lot of factors to consider. I am speaking based on my own experience and that of someone who is a working student and a newbie in the call center. I am always grateful for my stay in BPO, but I just don't have the strong personality and that level of patience to deal with different types of customers on a daily basis.
