The Bible which is the WORD of God is also suppose to bring people to Holiness but however yes just like with Adam and Eve we decide to follow Satan voice instead that of Jesus who is OUR LORD and SAVIOUR and the LAMB of GOD. He offered to take upon him our sins thinking that our burden would be lighter to carry and thus helping us to get to HIM quick but no we choose to go in the other direction ( Satan's Way) and yet he still loves us unconditionally and he awaits us with open arms. He is the Son of the Living God and He is the WAY, THE TRUTH and THE LIFE. Very soon he will make his second Coming and will offer us his mercy once again and to decide whether to follow him or Satan 🙏✝️❤

Jesus points out that being a good person isn't enough. You need Jesus the Key and faith with works, through Jesus. Otherwise the Torah is of no effect. Anyone can be a good person, but lack salvation and thus faith, through The Messiah Jesus for eternal life. We are guaranteed the 2nd death into hell and eternal the lake of fire without Jesus. Jesus is our salvation from hell and the eternal lake of fire. Once we have Jesus, then Torah is in full effect, as well as good deeds and being a good person, and faith, repenting from all sin and turning away from all sin forever, and continuing all forever Laws of God through Jesus. What people fail to notice and realize is that Torah forever Laws, Jesus Words and the Prophets, and Revelation, all has to now be followed forever. There is no picking and choosing and there is no turning back. ❤️

@@Rapenzel57nowhere Study Deut.32, all of it, and u'll see vs.21 isn't the nice picture Paul paints of "the church". Vs.27-43 ALSO speaks of that same enemy, and that Jews must get rid of their false god (rock). Believing in Jesus is to believe the snake, "Did God really say...???" Only when u study Torah diligently, seeking Truth, will u begin to see how Jesus & his disciples, twisted Torah as Isa.5:20 warns us not to do!

My parents were completely secular. My grandparents were also secular (Russian immigrants) with the exception of my father's mother who went to shul on occasion. All of my great grandparents were observant including my father's grandfather who was a Rav in Belarus. I taught myself the Aleph-Bais. My wife and I are professionals and we were invited to work in Israel by the Israeli Government. We lived in Israel 18 years. I am now orthodox and fluent in Hebrew.....the Gemara says that Judaism will never skip more than four generations. I have eight children (blee ayin hara) and all are extremely observant including one that learns in Kolel in Jerusalem. Miracles do happen.

Have some empathy for your Russian secular grandparents, Russia underwent communism and a Jewish philosophy and some Jewish Russians and Jewish from Jermany made it impossible through the communism and the revolution and socialism, to practice any form of religions. Synagogues were destroyed, Christian Orthodox Churches were distroyed, people got put in the gulag for being a religious leader or if you were practicing religion… and then they burned all the books and killed all the religious people so the next generations were secular cause they were obligated to be secular and a lot of wisdom was lost with no way to gain it back

I decided to convert after Oct 7 but the journey began seven years prior when I read Tanakh for the first time straight through. I was a christian for 49 years, a noahide for two years, and then Oct 7th happened. As a christian I read only excerpts of Tanakh, verses taken out of context here and there and I never read Tanakh from start to finish. After I read Tanakh I went to Israel and then the next year I went again. I became a noahide because of Tovia Singer and on Oct 7th everything changed.

Being a complete Jew by accepting your Messiah Yeshua.
@gw4273
@gw4273 2 месяца назад
You lost me at "The first step is to be a good person". Why? Bc man is sinful from Eden, so being a good person is only partially possible to man bc he has a dual good & sinful nature. I get that the Torah and "Mitzvot" are good and that a man's character & soul changes if man does these things. BUT, man cannot 100% through these, purify his soul eternally. Since, for example a mere thought, in the twinkling of an eye, so to speak, can render your soul impure. Jesus is the ETERNAL atonement for those things which we could not attain on our own. So for me, anyone Christian who converts to Judaism is taking a terrible step BACKWARDS. They are rejecting the precious GIFT of sure Salvation Jesus Christ died for to assure the Salvation of all mankind. THAT is the meaning of the "Gospel" i.e., that you don't have to die for your sins; that Life Eternal is real and assured, if you will only accept Him as the SAVIOR that you, yes, EVEN YOU WILL NEED! Jesus did say in John 14:6 "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man comes to the Father but by me". He is not a liar. RETURN to JESUS! There is Salvation in no other...❤️✝️. PS. Christians are really Jews, but "fulfilled" and exist "in the fullness of the Faith" bc of the One & Only Perfect Atonement that can avail for perfecting our souls and granting forgiveness of all our sins. And that ONE & ONLY Atonement is JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH. That is the TRUTH. 🕊️

@gw4273; Every single individual that is still within the obviously False 'religion' which adores, claims 'Jesus'' as among their false Gods, including 'new books' [every translation version], dispel, doctrine always attempts to present, their claims, which always are clearly, obviously certain Falsehood, Pretence/se, distortions, LIES, false claims, portrayals, narratives, nonsensical, misconceptions, inDOCtrination, Dogma, Propaganda. They can say they are follow the Main Edict, Tenet, Principle, "Prime Directive" stated by Paul with Timothy to his entitled people in Philippians Chapter 1, verse 18 [KJV]: "... whether in presence/se or in truth, 'chri[x]st' is proclaimed." Thus, directly, explicitly, implicitly from this verse Falsehood, Pretence/se, distortions, LIES, false claims, portrayals, narratives, etc. are equal to truth, and they both proclaim 'chri[x]st', the gospel, doctrine, inDOCtrination, Propaganda [each version]. In addition, the many version, ideas, concepts within the doctrine, gospel, dogma, inDOCtrination, Propaganda have explicitly changed, which Ayelet stated she discovered in the first semester "History" class, required for all students. Certainly among these changes are directly opposed with many statements from Paul, Peter, 12 Apostles, etc. which not only contradict with each other also John I, other added tenets. Paul stated in Philippians seen in verses 3, 8, 11, 20, 23, many of the explicit distinctions between "G-d", Almighty, Father to 'jesus'/'chri[x]st'/'j-c' who was clearly a man, not 'G-d', nor Savior [attribute of 'G-d', nor should people suffer in the name of either. But, the inDOCtrinated "Sheeple"/"Sheepeople" always remain within their extremely limited closed mindset devoid of basic human thinking, thought, facts, truth, sense, more so logic, reason, reasoning; just as every ['religious'] cult member !! :-O

I grew up in Colorado and always wanted to be Jewish. I converted at 20 and a few years later, met my husband. My family rejected me because I was not saved, and my husband's family flipped out because he became an observant Jew when he met me. We worked hard, and things weren't perfect, but our kids are all yeshiva educated, and frum. I got to learn in Israel, as did my kids and my husband recently received Semicha (I.e., he is a Rabbi). Becoming Jewish is the best thing I have ever done, but sometimes when I look at the Jewish world, I often think that Judaism is lost on the Jews. Why people give up diamonds for dirt is beyond me.

you're not so old .. in early 90's my mother confessed we are halachachly jewish, I bought my little girls a Hebrew primer, I taught myself enough Hebrew from the primer so I could say basic prayers; and - BH" - I grew from there ... observant still after all these years with ha Karas haTov to H"' .. Hebrew is phonetic, so it's easy to learn; it's a beautiful & worthwhile journey for life BH"

This is one of the things within orthodox communities I can't come to terms with - that heirarchy of one's origins, the "yichus". Why not relate to people for what and where they are now, and not judge them for where they came from, and who their parents are? It is so rooted in the mentality, like in most small communities, but it was relevant to the diaspora, at the shtetl, and shouldn't be here, in Israel. If at all, in my eyes, someone who has made such a difficult jurney to find the truth in judaism, and becoming jewish out of true conviction, and against so many obstacles, should be held on the highest pedestal. What a wonderful woman and a great story! In one of the synagogues I attended more than 10 years ago, I met a young woman with a somewhat similar story to Ayelet. She was born in Venezuela, came to the US to study religions, and fell in love with Judaism. While she was in the process of conversion, she met a lovely, handsome Jewish guy (she was also a pretty woman), and they got married soon after her conversion.

I appreciate how you handled a couple of times where you could have been "snarky" on Christianity, but you were gracious. Example: when she was mentioning that she said yes sir to her dad, (which is not necessarily a religious thing but in the context of the video could be taken that way), your general comment was that saying yes sir and being respectful to one's parents was a good thing. And there was another incident but I'm sorry I don't remember what that one was. But your attitude was greatly appreciated. I very much enjoy your videos. Hope my Momo feels better.

With what is going on right now, this was a great antidote. It's rare that I see someone on RU-vid that I really want to meet in real life...but this woman is so warm and so deep....I am in awe of her. Cone to think of it, she's a lot more Jewish than I am...and I once worked for the UJA.

As a tour guide in Israel, we have to study the New Testament, and in the Gospel of John, there are two instances where Jesus actually claims to be God. In John 8:58 he says "Very truly I tell you, before Abraham was born, I am!” using the name by which God refers to himself when appearing to Moses as a burning bush. In John 10:30, Jesus is in Jerusalem at the temple and being questioned as to whether he is the messiah and he answers "I and the Father are one," after which the people begin stoning him for blasphemy.

Right!!! Why do we not call HIM by HIS true name - why by a translated name as HE would be a Greece, a Roman, an American etc etc.??? This translation does not give the deep meaning of HIS name at all!!!

i beg to differ. 'Jesus' is not ever found in the new testament. 'Jesus' was invented in the late 1500's and it was popularized in the early 1600's. the Messiah's name is definitely not Jesus. and He is not the christian 'jesus'. the christian 'jesus' and christianity teaches us to disobey the Bible, both the 'new testament' and 'old testament'.

@GCM4u; You clearly have the most common SRPS which is far worse than TDS !! :-O TDS = Trump Derangement Syndrome -> please see cure presented by Nicole Shanahan, as "Independence" SRPS = Self-Reflection -> Projection Syndrome -> cure by basic human self-projection into a mirror with introspection, thought, thinking, positive attitude, desire to improve, grown, change, logic, reason, reasoning. You seem to also be within and suffer from CDS = "Christian" Derangement Syndrome -> cure is similar with SRPS, within human thought, etc. combined with Independence. Good Luck within Your Syndromes and more so cure paths.

I am Greek and Christian Orthodox. I like this channel very much. Particularly this interview was my favourite one!!! A couple of months ago I heard a famous Rabbin telling that God has a plan allowing so many different religions existing. I believe it as well. Since then i am following many different religious channels. Since i was 15 I am struggling with the same question. Every religion claim's to know the truth and the real God or real Gods word. Every religion claims that only by believing and following the rules of each of them an individual could be saved. I am seeing, hearing and learning so many good people, blessed people, intelligent people, kind People from so different backgrounds and religious believes, that I am wondering. What kind of God would not save or accept them in heaven? Is it possible that God needs to make micromanagement? Is it possible that god is thinking and acting like humans? Personally i believe in God and I believe in Jesus but I am open as well to everybody who spreads light, truth and kindness. But according to the religious perspective I should choose the only and ONE truth to be saved. So I am a sinner or not believer though my heart is becoming so worm hearing for example this wonderful woman speaking in the same way i feel inspired by the word of a lightening Christian figure. Greetings from Greece and bless you all and thank you for sharing and letting me share!!!

When I was an acolite, at age 15, I memorized the Hebrew alphabet. At age 16, I discovered that Christians do not live according to the Bible. From that, I realized that Jesus was false and the Rabbis were right. At age 18, I went to Israel alone and converted to Judaism. That was in 1976. It was very lonely, but I would do it a thousand times over.😃

Imagine your surprise when you realize that it's not about how people live but about the word of God. Imagine your surprise when you realize that the Torah leaves a lot of openings which are completed and fulfilled by the messiah. E.g. from not committing adultery to understanding that adultery includes even lust. Imagine your surprise when you realize the jews have no messiah and no atonement for sins. Imagine your surprise when the christians you consider weren't actually christians but those taking the name of the Lord in vain. Imagine your surprise when you're introduced to the judge of all the earth and see Jesus. I hope you are really seeking God because it will inevitably lead you back to Jesus.
