Situation has changed a lot. No room for 8-10k now. Post covid prices have surged. Every contract renewal will increase rent.

If you are married, then I would say you can explore HSR layout also. Very good place to live a better life in Bengaluru.

Ye to every layout me mil jata hai. Aap konse area me dhund rahe ho? Time nikalke aapko uss area me ghumna hoga, Gate ke samne RENT ka board laga rehta hai mostly. Broker loge to jaldi milega, but 1 month commission dena parega as brokerage.
