That bit from YB’s wedding where Keith said something along the lines of “I know I won’t always be your boss, but I hope I’ll always be your friend” totally sums it up, I think. They’ve also talked about how they will change people’s job titles and responsibilities to make the job a better fit for the person, rather than the other way around. I’m so glad they really seem to care about their team as individuals, and support them in finding their own strengths and passions.

I’m glad you stuck around as long as you did and didn’t let “other people” ruin it for you, try as they might to ruin it for everyone. Just remember where you are now, and where “that person” is now, and take comfort in the fact that you are still relevant and the bigger, not toxic person. On to the next great thing. I love how I was expecting it to be bad because normally is but he had it wholesome. I am so excited to be a part of the workforce and even excited to work under a company like Try Guys because if he could leave a job and it was wholesome and yeah there are good and bad days but he says overall it was pleasant. I know there’s somewhere in a company that can give me the same unit and I look forward to doing so..

being able to miss a workplace once you leave says a lot about an employer. so many people leave their jobs due to mistreatment and its great to see someone who hasnt had to do that
