Most of the American product companies I have worked for have internally developed frameworks that form the basis of their software products - glad to know Zoho has the same approach. Many of the famous frameworks from FAANG cos & others evolved out of internal usage. My opinion of Zoho has actually gone up after learning that they use internally developed frameworks.

I'm ex Zoho - 2011-2015. My manager suggested that I change my career and explore other companies as he couldn't do it after staying in Zoho for around 20 yrs. Great advice and doing great now.

I have 15+ years exp, 2 years is too short to move. 1st year learn 2nd year core contribution for team 3rd Year you will be master explore and enhance in horizon. Now look for change if required. If you are able get what is required in you org then stay for another 2 yrs. After 5 years take a change then in 7 th year. His ideas will not work out for everyone. Iam taking interviews for my vertical most less than 3 yrs exp not upto the mark. One of the main reason they are aligned with project after 6 month. Exposure is very less. These my thoughts

bro, why is pay not your first point? Doesn't zoho pay less when compared to other good product companies? when compared to tcs, infosys the pay is more but when compared to other product companies pay is less doesn't it make sense for experience people to switch from zoho because of pay?
