Why I Love Coaching 🥎 

I love coaching because I can connect with my players on a level not many can: because of the failures I've experienced, the mindset I've developed over the years to overcome.
My job as a coach is to make them feel seen and then get to them back on their feet. Understandfing them or where they are coming from doesn't mean babying them; it means we are able to use tools relevant to them and use language that is helpful instead of harmful. The athlete that is able to recover the fastest is the athlete that wins.
