One of my fav collabs are the ALD 991 in the tan leather. The leather will develop an interesting patina after some wear. It does scuff quite easily but I don’t mind the battle scars at all lol. Just gives it a more personalised look. The wider mesh is also a unique look among other NB meshes. It’s one of my fav shoes to wear in the summer because of how well ventilated the mesh is.
That shoe is so beautiful in my opinion. It looks so good on the 991 silhouette. You are like me when it comes to scuffs, you just have to embrace it and think of it as character! I wish we would see that mesh on other 99X models.
