The country of South Africa is one amazing place as we learned quickly from our honeymoon trip as first-timers. What's NOT to love is really the question. From doing both the private reserve at Elephant Plains to self-drive in Kruger National Park to hopping over to Cape Town and enjoying everything that the Western Cape has to offer. We loved the animals. We loved the glorious landscapes. We loved the unexpected adventures. We loved meeting the locals. We loved learning the stories of the past, present, and future.

We love South Africa too! Haven’t been to Kruger yet but I definitely want to do that now - and also the Panorama Route. Cape Town’s V&A I remember for the great restaurant. The two routes we did was Peninsula Route and Garden Route.

Sweet! One thing I regret doing is the Garden Route which I heard is spectacular in many ways. Hopefully you get to do Kruger next time around. Such an amazing experience :)

Christopher Rudder thanks bud! Yeah you almost have to put there and I didn’t have the crazy 600mm lens or anything. My max reach was 300mm and sometimes I wish I could get even closer. Hopefully you’ll get to go to South Africa soon!

Great work with the video, loved the safari shots in particular! Especially those turtles sitting on the hippo! I haven't been further south than Tanzania but I'm definitely looking forward to making it to SA, hopefully soon!

Thanks! Don't blame ya because it's one of the harder continents to get to and takes quite a bit of planning. Thanks about the voice-over. Been experimenting with different forms of storytelling and it's been good in that I know I don't need to record audio on the road all the time.

What an adventure. Your videos are so stunning. I would love to see all the animals and to hang out by the beach and visit the small towns. I noticed in the description the gear used but I did not notice what kind of drone you were using.

Amazing video! I also went on my honeymoon to South Africa. December 2018. Covered almost everything that you did apart from the private game experience and activities like shark diving - which my wife refused to consider at all. I agree with you on the amazing South Africa experience. Definitely worth going over a second time

Thanks to your video. I was able to convince my wife to do a trip to South Africa. We are currently planning our trip. Would love to get your suggestion on Kruger national park... Is it better to get tour company or better to rent a car for JNB and drive to Kruger National Park, stay in a camp and do self driving tour?

Im thinking about doing almost the exact same trip for my honeymoon! How many days did it take to do all this?? And was it veeeeery expensive? Thanks for the help! Great video!

Hey! I did Cape Town in a week and to be honest didn’t cost as much as I thought it would. Most of the money went into the activities like shark diving and Uthando. I used some hotel points, found a cheap car rental and stayed at B&Bs!
