Hey guys,
Just wanted to share my thoughts and favourite examples of this super cool chord because I love it! This is also my first long-ish form RU-vid video so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm so glad you mentioned Lincolnshire Posy. The part you played in Horkstow Grange is absolutely the most amazing part I've ever gotten to hear and play.

It has always been my favorite chord, but not for that resolution, just because it feels painfully nostalgic... This chords carry so many contradicting emotions, i love how Duke ellington sometimes use it on certain turn-arounds, but my favorite usage is in Halfway from the Rayons band, as a final chord (go check it out it is a gem)

The Jimi Hendrix chord! Thanks for notating it correctly with the Fx! Also, the chord at 4:29 reminds me of neutral chords, right between major and minor :)

Don’t Take Me Alive by Steely Dan starts on this chord and when you hear it you know you’re in for a ride.

It sounds like a hammer striking the railway. I'm talking about Blue Train.

Nice. My favourite chord is 13b9#11, although 13#9#11 is even crunchier. I still prefer the b9 for that melancholic nostalgic sound

First time I've seen someone spell it correctly.

#9 is great, my favorite voicing is root 5th in the bass, then third 7th and #9 on top. Another great flavor is the #9 #5 dominant chord

It's a very cool! Not commonly used. I still like E7b9 or E7b13 or even both! E7b9b13 better than this, Although they are really dissonant they still sound kinda consonant for me. E7#9 just feels wrong to me and I have no explanation as to why.
