Why I love visiting Azay-le-Rideau

What a glorious Saturday in the Loire Valley after weeks of “grisaille!”
I couldn’t wait to get out and knew just where to go in my backyard, le Château d’Azay-le-Rideau.
How many times have I been there? Too many to count.
Still, I always learn (or notice) something new.
