We do know what the landmark does… it boosts a specific element (t3) or fuel (t4) production by 10%.

I think last time I checked anyway the landmark does 33% over 1 element site (t3) or 1 fuelsite (t4). I don’t know where Ramza got that 10% from but it would be a minor bonus for paying that much. Anyway, the general boost may have been altered afterwards giving tier 3 a x2 production boost and t4 a x4 production boost (+300%)

@@Venom337881 You have more elements and fuel sites available on the higher lvl tier lands, plus a big boost to production overall (300% on tier 4). The landmark is just a plus 10% on one specific type of fuel (T4) that you'll find on your land. You're not paying all that extra just for the 1 landmark. You are already paying to have 12 element sites and 9 fuel sites on your t4 land and 300% boost. But it's always best to go on the Discord and ask about these details. There will be an official document coming out very soon about the land sale.

Yea in a Dutch auction T1 starts at 2ETH and reduces 2.5% every 1min ..so my guess is 80% will be a good buying price for T1 but it might drop lower maybe 60%

so selling a total of 100000 land plots (20000 now) at an average price of just 1 etc will be around 210.000.000 = 210 million dollars. But we know the price will be for all the different tiers ten fold that and possibly more. Do you really think that the virtual land will be worth billion of dollars and give you a decent yield. To me it sounds crazy crazy crazy. The will be required enormous amounts of players to give you a decent yield on billion dollars land prices in total.

I don't think that the value of land will be that high what I'm looking at is revdis in layman's terms passive income just like the token we get passive income from game revenue so if my token is making X amount of money from everything bought in-game then what is my land making....5% of all in-game revenue like Travel-Mats for armor- Mats for weapons- fuel-Anything that would cost a fee . Now put all that information in one game but land revenue is used for multiple games that ILLuvium will be making... You see what I'm saying you can stake your land later down the road for profit OR keep it and make passive income just like a rental house..👀..🤔 Me I like passive income a steady amount of money over a matter of time sustainable...👍 Also if land isn't that great then we all know the Warwicks and council will change stuff to make it worth your money..😎

Well. Since you are promoting land sale it should be easy for you to do the math. First sale batch 20000 plots, from 2 Eth , 6 Eth, 20 Eth, 80 Eth + live eng action. Even at half price this will amount to insane pricing. I don’t now the numbers of tiers 2,3,4,5. But with an average of 6 eth times 20000 plots = 120000 Eth = 120000 * 2000 usd = 240000000 dollar. And then 5 of theese land sales . Insane. Expect 10% roi and then how many tens of millions of players spending 1000 dollar yearly do you need to create the dividends. I would expect you have the math since you are promoting this on a global scale?

You can get a estimate but as for the future we just don't know the ROI but I bet it's insane because of future games
