u leaving dxb coz ur money finished if u dnt pay rent 3YEARS JAIL $2000 for 2bedroom p.m $1500 for studios & 1bedroom dubai overpriced and fake.u lose ur money and time

Thats £1900 a month... Man that's cheapppp for a prime location like that. You won't even get a 2 bedroom flat for that in East London... And I'm talking proper East 🤣

Russians and rich brits are cranking up the prices in dubai. Please dont come here and pay exorbitant prices to landlords always negotiate and try to find the best deal.

Marina Mall did not help me in my time of need. I use a wheelchair and approached the Customer Service desk where I politely asked for a 15 min battery top up - and was promptly informed ALL sockets were broken! I honestly left in tears. They're not obliged to help me but an ounce of empathy would've gone a long way. I contacted the mall through FB messenger and the response was very apologetic. But I don't think I'll ever return to that beautiful place, unfortunately.☹

Lived there when this was Dessert with camels and goats. There was enough beach for everyone and you could drive your car directly to the water. Now its a nightmare. How someone can like this is foreign to me.

I feel the rents will go down after Feb, as there will be more availability. I used to live in 52| 42 marina for like 6.2k per month for 1 bedroom furnished and right now it is around 17k per month. But why did you guys didn't wait till March?

Why do Brits add an R at the end of words ending with A which are followed by words that start with A? Like "Marinar and" in this case? Do they realize they're doing this? Old people from Georgia (US) seem to do the same...
