Hi Justin I have crohns and have had the surgery that Ally is going to have.The key to her recovery is eating right , exercise and a good mental outlook.I had it in the early 90s and I am now sixty.I hope her a speedy recovery and that she is around for a good long time.
I have grown to love Ally so much. She is my middle daughter's age. I feel very motherly towards her. I am just shattered with how serious her health is. I'm in the kitchen cooking in tears😭. The way you are dealing with all that crap and the way you are being super supportive to Allie reminds me of when I as supporting my wife during her cancer. It was a grueling year of chemo and radiation therapy……she was in pain, crying, not knowing the future. I empathized with her, and gave her as much strength as I could. We prayed and prayed. A year later, she was CANCER FREE. She now been cancer free for 17 years…18 next April. My friend, prayers help. The Lord Jesus wrapped Gloria in His arms and made her better. That’s what I am thankful for this and the past 17 years. Our Lord will heal Allie as well. She will get better. I am so sorry for making this way too long. My love and prayers and support are with you.
I've been cut open twice because of my Crohn's since I was 20 years old. Thankfully the infusion does work for me... I can live an almost normal life now. Very very grateful for that. So I feel you, I pray for Ally. I hope it's gonna be okay. Love your vids brother, stay strong.

My Husband and best friend was diagnosed in 2003 with crohn’s, colitis, gerd and acid reflux . Coming from a person who suffers from chronic illness-having someone to support you the way you support Ally is amazing and sometimes necessary. Especially on days when you don't feel you can do it anymore, it's always helpful to hear a reminder that you're strong and to keep fighting. We still don't even fully know what's wrong with me, so I completely understand the fear of the unknown. I don't know what's harder-bring the one that's sick or watching someone be that sick. Take care of her, she's your top priority for sure. And try to keep up that positivity ❤️ I'm sending so much positivity your way.

My mom had suffered with Chrohn's for 30yrs. She was one one the first people to be diagnosed with it in Utah back in the early 80's and had many surgeries over the years with having bowel resections. Absolutely maddening that you need to be on the brink of death to be taken seriously in our healthcare system. I know things turned around for the better once we got a core team of doctors who actually cared and put together the right plan. It sounds like Ally is on that path finally, so I know she can only go up from here! “Finally got to a Dr who’s actually paying attention” You NAILED it on the head with this. Trying to find a doctor who took me seriously was as painful as what I go through daily. I changed my Dr 6 times in one year to get different opinions, until one took me seriously and referred me to GI. We love you so much Ally & Justin ❤️ we’re all here with you!

I am so sorry to hear about yours and Allie’s terribly trying times. I was a nurse for 25 years and worked for years with people with GI problems. It sounds so encouraging that you’ve found doctors who are really paying attention to Allie’s problems, that is huge especially in these times. You two have been and will continue to do amazing things. Last year my son broke his neck in a pool accident, he is 35. Today he is 99% recovered, is married, graduated from college while working and about to become a dad! It is the brightest light after the storm. I know with all the courage and love that you and Allie have already displayed that you too will get through this. All my prayers and thoughts go out to you.
