I love drinking kombucha daily, for the deliciousness as well as the many benefits for gut health. Here's why I started storing my second ferments in the fridge.

I did mine the same way! I’d leave the 2F up to a week, then off to the fridge! I didn’t strain though. I put my 2F and flavors in a smaller pop top bottle. It was so that 1 batch could become several flavors, kept the fizz better, and I liked the look too... it was fun!
