I’m so happy to see someone that has a good experience at work while still choosing to move forward. How do you think you’ll begin to master UX research?

Ty! I plan to utilize what I learned from Nielsen Norman and other resources I’ve been learning from and test it at work. I have been learning a lot on the job since I get to be more hands on with conducting user research. Creating questions and asking them is also a skill I’m picking up more each time I go through a research session.
