I’m just now starting phase 2 of the GYCDL program and passed my test 2 weeks ago today. I’m not considering leaving the company but it’s refreshing to see this video knowing the instructor John and MK in the video and will come back to this on those frustrating days that I know will come eventually. 7 days on and 7 days off is true, however those positions are limited right now because of truck availability. Basically one drive uses the truck for 7 days and then the other driver uses it the next 7 days. It's effectively a part-time job, but still has very solid earnings. We typically only offer 7/7 near our terminals, and right now, only really in our Dry Van division.
