Why I still play Skyrim, but not Starfield. 

I see I’m not the only one who got a sudden urge to play Skyrim again. Other games recently have kept me away mainly the updated Cyberpunk 2077+it’s DLC and Baldur’s Gate 3. But I playthroughed both of those and now it’s time to go back to the ole reliable haha. Plus nothing on XBOX beats Skyrim’s Modded Vampirism, we literally have like one game I believe lol all the vamp games are on PS or PC.

I swear they probably made a pact with the devil to make Skyrim and now they're cursed that any other game they make won't be as popular. They just need to sacrifice another soul to make Elder Scrolls 6 at this point.

I looked hard at Starfield.... Went back to Elite Dangerous Odyssey and Skyrim - great game play Dovakin ! Ps, true Art, stands the Test of Time

I'm playing Elden Ring right now. It's like Skyrim on Legendary difficulty, but genuinely challenging instead of just turning everything into damage sponges and calling it a day. And then I'll return to Skyrim when I get bored with Elden Ring.

You couldn't of said it better. I still play skyrim to this day. Played starfield for an hour and deleted the game to go back into skyrim. Now that they added creation club stuff to the anniversary addition I've been back into it for the past couple of weeks full on 😂

I'd play Skyrim.., but since the last update, too many of my favourite Skyrim mods are gone,.. Starfield still hasn't addressed the 3rd-person camera (nor fixed the photo mode camera, no Y-axis inversion possible),... I'll stick to Fallout 4 (with old mods, as I can't even access the mod menu) .... Bethesda has been playing themselves, ever since Xbox took over (losing trust & hope from fans)

Yeah skyrim and fallout 4 are the best titles from BGS. I agree that if es6 is like starfield it's DOA.

As someone whose favorite ES game is Daggerfall, I also agree that Starfield is horse shit and I genuinely tried to give it a try. I would much rather play Skyrim. Even better, I’d rather play Skyrim with mods.

Never bought Starfield. Didnt interest me tbh. Despite the problems with Skyrims main quest, its fun to mod other stuff in and still have fun. same with Fallout. For me Fallout ends with Fallout 4. Started with FNV, then 3,4, 1 and 2, and Tactics.

I’ve only been playing BGS games for almost four years. Even during my 20s in the late 2000s I’ve only played on an old Mac from the 90s that I had but fallout 4 was my first bgs game, loved the story but really enjoyed the building aspect, though I’m not good at building and designing.😎 Then I started playing Starfield at launch, to me it was and still is awesome! Yeah I’ve seen comparing videos about that and elite dangerous, and no man’s sky which I tried and saw how the space flight worked. Altogether I didn’t get into NMS I checked it out. Only been since Christmas I got Skyrim as a gift and have been surprised how good it is! Starfield is my favorite game due to me being a Trekkie nerd and being a captain of my own ship just fits the bill. It has a lot of potential to be good, just a little of a week before they drop the first dlc and got plans for another well time will tell. Plus since they dropped the rover that has improved Starfield big time! I’m still testing the best load order for my Skyrim play through for my second character.

Wait i need to know how you were playing Oblivion in the back of a school bus??
