Had left eating meat years back but was having eggs as I'd learned eggs available in the market were non-fertilized. I'd come across this video a month back and since then I've completely given up on them. Thank you for this video it's important to spread this awareness.

I have 12 hens and they give enough eggs without any injection or any forced procedure. When they become old the die of natural reasons. We never harm them.

Stopped eating eggs 4 months ago. I only only eat eggs again if I ever have my own hens. That way, I can know for sure that they're not being tortured for my food.

That's why i stopped eating eggs. First, i used to give stress on the fact that its veg or not (maybe because I loved its taste and never wanted to stop eating it) But then I differentiated between whether its coming from cruelty or not, and I got my answer. Me and my brother both stopped eating eggs, and its been more than 10 yrs, we haven't eaten eggs and we wont in future. Not adding to cruelty gives more pleasure than taste😇

As a jain we have never eaten even eggs from childhood , meat to chor hi do 😅

In Natural process a hen lays 15-20 eggs in 45-60 days depending on the breed. And not 12 eggs per annum as mentioned by you.

I was a hard-core non-vegetarian since childhood. I always thought ki that I cannot ever become a vegetarian even if I wish to, because I was sooooooo used to eating chicken and it’s products. But deep down I knew it’s wrong. I’m an animal lover and it always used to bother me that where does my love go when I kill and eat these innocent animals. Recently, I came across so many videos that showed the reality of these Poultry farms and the dairy industry. That’s when I decided that I’m gonna sacrifice my taste, but not these animals. And trust me, there’s literally no difference in my strength levels since I’m an athlete and bodybuilder. Instead, I feel more active and light.
