Faraah Mmaalim, this is not UK but Africa. A leader comes back to consult with the people he serves. The problem is parliament, etc are very comfortable that they dont have sympathy for people who are suffering on the ground. Ive watched this so you dont have to. Here's a breakdown. This is what he said for 40mins In short.. "Let us do what we want because you ellected us and you can recheck your eldecision in the next ellection." He says the Mps who voted No because their people told them are not Leaders because they listened to their people. When asked whats wrong with going back to the drawing board and starting this Finance Bill afresh.. He dodges this question and says everything that was wrong was removed. Overall he is abit defensive and very dismissive. Wont answer a question directly but keeps reiterating his questions to Latif and Nduu even when they are about to answer.

Age 70 of Maalim is the main problem to a level headed reasoning and understanding! Gen Z, this guy is too old to be in our parliament and he needs to be shown the door by all means! Maalim has outlived his usefulness to the people of Kenya, and himself.
