I am so relieved for you that you got past the emotional dysregulation I used to hear in your voice. You seem much more present now. It comes across as easier to take in, easier on my dysregulated system, which I am still working with.

I just deleted all social media from my phone. If I feel the need to check in I will use my old ipad that’s kept in a drawer somewhere. I’ve been following you for years. I love this message, Elizabeth. I’ve had to do similar things. And, while the work is still there for all of us, it feels lighter, doesn’t it? Pulling away changed my focus from practically screaming about the issues all the time to trying to make a difference more through simply being a decent human being. It’s been a long journey! I feel like you were meant to be on fb. in the beginning you reached so many of us in need of a voice of reasoning. It was a very scary time. You gave us hope! I’ll never forget any of it. I still worry about our future but I am hopeful the hate will be washed out by love! I am so happy you are enjoying your children and those sunsets. Thank you for this...I found your Resistance Live RU-vid channel fairly recently, and wondered why you didn't have more followers. Now I know! Good job! RU-vid is the only 'social media ' I use. And I'm addicted, and know I need to get off it. I subscribed to a bunch of politicallt progressive channels, and most have devolved into sophomoric attacks on Chump, and histrionic click bait thumbnails/titles. I'm done. You explain why so well. But how do I deal with this addiction? How to break the cycle? Cold turkey? Not sure... Thank you.
