Talagang ganun ang Buhay kelangan kapag nag abroad tayo maraming changes you go back to zero lalo na sa kulturang yun dadatnan mo hindi siila ang mag adjust tayo mag adjust magiging flexible tayo lalo na pagdating sa pamilya malayo tayo your fighting alone

Parents know best. Sabi nga ng nanay ko nung umiyak at ako at halos gumive up sa 1st job ko, "Walang trabahong madali". Maswerte ka kasi you still have choice. Ibang case kapag nagkaanak ka at akala mo ready kana for that but when I gave birth to my eldest nasabi ko hindi pa pala. I suffered PPD pero gaya mo pinili ko to win the battle kasi there's no turning back. Di ko naman kaya ibandon ang baby dahil pinagpray ko sya sa ng matagal. When you become a parent dun mo masusubok ang laban ng buhay, dun ka titibay kasi the only choice you have is to move forward, for yourself, your kid and your family.

One of the best stories here in Manong's Channel... Sobrang informative, mental health should always be prioritized over physical health, because the body can endure more than the brain. As we all know that the boundary between sanity and insanity is just as fine as a strand of hair.

mental health is very important, marami sa atin pag minsan hindi pinapansin mga signs and symptoms. dont wait until it is too late. So true, acknowledging that there is a problem is the first step. thank you for sharing! 🙏
