@@eterniastoys no they are the most difficult to find I found Hal Jordan Sinsetro the superfiends classic outfit at GameStop and Recently Blue Beatle Kilawog Brainiac and Sinsetro in yellow lantern figures at Walmart.
I’d like to see them release them in a 2 hero 2 villain wave each time with a vehicle to match. If they need to do a repaint make sure it makes sense to that particular wave.
Have you changed your mind with the recent announcements of upcoming figures like Braniac, Sinestro, and non-exclusive Black Manta? Makes me wonder if Reverse Flash will get a mainline release too, perhaps with red eyes?
I haven’t. I really was into the line and I feel like they just blew all their good will with me (I am happy for fans that are still into the line though). I actually saw Brainiac’s ship at a GameStop today and just had no interest, unfortunately.
@@eterniastoys I get it. I feel the same way with the Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadron - they made it so difficult to put together major characters and their vehicles that it just took the fun out of collecting.
This is the exact reason I haven't gotten into these guys. They look cool, but I dont like having heroes without villians, and like you said, the characters they put out make no sense. Plus, like the 1966 line, these are very cheap, barely even articulated toy figures being sold at collectible figure prices. I might buy some of these vehicles and put them with the Spinmaster figures if I see them on sale, though.
Yeah, if I see Brainiac for $3 at Walmart I’ll grab it but I’m not supporting the line and getting every figure like I was. Character selection and availability is all over the place.
Honestly, Mcfarlane boasted saying he wanted to make figures that where not in the original line. I can think of a lot of figures he could do but i wont hold my breath. Examples. Commisioner Gordon, Metallo, cyborg superman, Atrocitus, Lex Luthor, Clark Kent, Joker, The ventriloquist, Ras al Gul, Captain Cold, just to name a few.
I would love to see some of those figures added to it and He may get there someday but from my point of view the line seems like an after thought. No balance of characters at all.
Good points here, really one idea of this style is they're copying old/outdated/limited ways of making figures decades ago... so they're really going to look cheap sadly
Black mantra wasn't as hard to get as reverse flash. And why do people hate on the batman who laughs?? It's an awesomely crafted figure that's perfect scale with the old school figures
@eterniastoys reverse flash is going for $99 from an American seller on ebay today... I missed an opportunity to get him for $35 on Amazon a year ago🤦 I agree tho, the super powers line in general always needed more villains. That new sinestro was pretty cool and easy to get
I'm really put off by the collection being made up of too many repaints of the same sculpt, lack of variety and villains, lack of other female characters, and most of all: Lack of availability. My Walmart STILL only has Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Nightwing; they still havent gotten any waves since.
In regards to the lack of guns is Warner's fault. They ordered all guns or gun like weapons to be removed from their licensed products... This is why McFarlane released a weapons set for the multiverse line
@@eterniastoys typical corporate nonsense. They wanted in on the anti gun craze... But the characters still use guns in their media... so it's all very superficial. Cool thanks WB.
As someone with all the new ones including black manta and reverse flash - and - all of the OG set sans a couple vehicles : I disagree. Tracking them down is part of the fun - especially when you score one. Looking forward to the next waves :)

I love them. Bought them for my 2 year old nephew and just got rid of any accessories. I like how theyre doing more obscure characters too. He will def be playing with booster gold/blue beetle when they come out. I love how cheap they are too, reminds me of the DCAU ones I had as a kid. His eyes lit up when he saw the flash (I think because he looks like elmo), but he loves them.
