It was my personal decision. It didn’t have anything to do with my status in Canada. I was just going on a vacation which was why I had to make sure my permit was up to date.

Sommy i heard that if you come to Canada to study Human Resources you are not going to get a job afterwards since you cannot compete with a white person for that position 😢

There’s competition in every sector, with both immigrants and Canadians. I would actually argue that the competition is more so with fellow immigrants as you’re graduating together (thousands at a time) and gunning for the same jobs.
