Hey men I’m not sure if this is something you can do but I’m planning to do so ones I open my business. Have you thought about government contracting for your business? Like I said I’m not sure if you can but the government is a big business and they buy anything and everything so they might have a contract available for one of your services. I will be trying to do this ones I’m up and running.

It's hard being alone in the store 49 hours or more per week. I opened in Nov. 2023 and my expenses still exceed my sales. Gale with Postalmates says these stores typically are not profitable until 18 months or 2nd Christmas open.

Winston, good video man! Hang in there. You’re still a new store. Shipping has its ups and downs. Summer was dead for us, but we really increased our mailbox rentals. Business cards printing and mailbox rentals are our main focus here. Good luck bud

Market your mailboxes with EDDM. Advertising will help. Especially with the other store going in down the street from you.

cant beleive you need a resale permit. Here in the UK you wouldnt think twice about needing a permit to just buy and sell as a middleman in your retail shop. The most bizzare thing I heard is in America barbers need to pay tens of thousands of dollars and 3 years to go to barber school before they can open up a shop and cut hair. Barbers learn to cut by practicing on their friends, they rake a week long course on barbershop hygiene and running a business and that's it. Youre free to get a lease and open up shop.
