Sorry to say! USA has direct and indirect investment in India. Even Indian government knows! If sanctions are placed that will be a disaster coz there is no backup plan for India only country like China and Russia can survive due to its self dependent we still rely on technology and investment from West 😢
Sanctions on India could lead to China's rise over the West. Sanctions are a two way street as seen with Russia. Sanctions on Russia led to skyrocketing energy costs across the world, steep inflation and increase in unemployment and homelessness across the West.
what about non alignment policy? India should go with which serves it's long term , medium term interest best way. Certainly it's posture should be more aligned towards Russia.
