Some clarifications- 1. The Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) had issued a notification allowing post graduate students from select streams of Ayurveda to perform a few surgeries. But, the CCIM issued the order without taking permission from the National Medical Commission, which regulates the branch of modern medicine. Thus, the Indian Medical Council (IMA) was strictly against this and had also filed a petition against CCIM in the Supreme Court, so this entire issue is highly debatable. 2. Regarding prescription of medicines, the Government had issued an order in 2017 allowing AYUSH doctors to issue allopathic medicines in emergencies but this order was withdrawn in 2020. Still, states like Haryana, Uttrakhand and Himachal Pradesh allow ayurvedic doctors to prescribe select allopathic medicines in times of emergencies. 3. Regarding the registration number, it is possible to have registration numbers in lakhs. It was a misinterpretation of a case from our source. We would like to apologise for the same. Bro i got my neet result 2022 and my score was not good at all . And if i was a general student i would have never got a seat in mbbs . Being from st category i will be able to secure seat easily. I was never intrested in medicine rather i was intrested in commerce but my parents forced me to take biology I have no interest in science I only studies because of my parents because they wanted me to be a doctor. And I am sorry to all general candidate bcz I have taken ur seat. I don't deserve seat but bcz of reservation I got.. Ya I cannot change the system but the rest I can do in life is to educate st or tribal community so that they do not need reservation in future.

As a doctor myself, we daily face cases where even patients of cancer come to us in a very advanced stage, just because they were being treated by different quacks over the past months and didn't come to know about cancer! 😓 Well analysed interpretation Mohak! 🌟 Recently, I also highlighted this issue on my channel. Hope these things change soon! ✨
I agree with you sir but in my case, one of the top most and respectful doctor of the city whose medical experience is 30-40 years...could not detect that it was metastatic cancer...we lost our early precious month sir...and when it was detected by other doctor, patient had only two and half months.
In India, there are two trends that are opposite to each other . In the case of Engineering, they enroll more people than required and are not able to provide proper training while in the case of Doctors they are too hesitant to enroll people which leads to shortages. India at 75 is not able to solve the problem of education . Shame on us.
Bhai kaha koi hesitant hai? Colleges hai hi nhi itne jitne bacche competition mei baith jaate hai.. For each 1 rank there's cut throat competition... Then again, if you say about private colleges, then yes your point is valid they cannot enroll students upto their full potential because of the enormous amount of fees they charge that can't be affordable by everyday Indian households... Prices of courses have a humongous diff btw pvt enggineering and pvt mbbs degrees..
@@darlinglumbhai matlab kuch bhi😂😂. Pehle baat toh engineering college har gali mai nahi hoti. Aur toh aur engineering college ke fees bhi kuch kaam nahi hai. Agar private engineering college me admission liya toh 35-40 lakh tak fees hoti hai. Woh tumhe affordable lagta hai?? 😂 Aur toh aur waise gali wali engineering colleges se engineering ke toh samjo ke 10000-20000 se jyada nahi milega. Kabhi kabhi toh utna bhi nahi milta.
The punishment for such people isn't jail ; they must rather be forced to study the medical course of their preference(AYUSH or MBBS) with minimum 80% attendance and 70 % Marks and then internship for 6 months
Biggest focus on election should be basic facilities like public healthcare and education, it's weird to see that it's not a main issue in election tbh.

This is one of the most ironic topics in india today. Lakhs of students are grieving about their neet results today and our country is facing a shortage of doctors.
main reason we are facing shortage, because we are overpopulated.... there should be some limit in medical seat.... otherwise quality of doctors become worse... just like engineering
In my state, in NEET 2021, a general student got 598 and was not selected and a ST student got 396 and was selected in of the best college in the state. Then how can we expect Quality doctors in India. There must be some fields where reservations should be invalid because medical studies is not a joke. But hey it’s Modi government.
@Muskan Singh Before Modi Government: 15% Reservations for SC, 7.5% Reservations for ST and 10% Reservations for EWS in medical filed. Total Reservations = 37.5% (excluding State Reservations) 2021: Modi declared 27% Reservations for OBC. That’s means (37.5+27) = 64.5% Total Reservations. Tell me if you want to know more.
Aur jo tm bol rhe ho ki 598 marks laane ke bad bhi medical college nhi mil paya tm jhuth bol rhe ho.... Tmko neet ke cut off ka kuch pta tk ni h... Bs reservation ko blame krna jaante ho... Baaki kuch ni.
I would like to point out that this whole quackery scenario has arised because of lack of doctors in the rural setting. There are probably lots of reasons behind this scenario but the major being 1. Less lucrative 2. Security + hostile work environment Though govt docs in rural areas usually earn quite less compared to docs in town ( and even other professionals of similar calibre) , nowadays the salary has increased to keep them happy n motivated at their workplace . But despite these improvements, most Docs are still not willing to work in Rural areas. But why? With the increasing violence/ mob attacks on Doctor and the total failure of government to provide security, it has led to this scenario. In a way our Public themselves have ensured they don't get access to good healthcare. ( Doesn't apply universally) For eg. Every time there's a violence with doc at a Primary healthcare center/ mini Phc, that place goes vacant for next few years. People are not willing to serve in that particular centre. A doctor maybe at fault, he maybe negligent at times or ill mannered ,no doubt about that. But most of times when Docs are accused of wrong- treatment or ill management of diseased patients, people are wrong. Public doesn't possess the knowledge of what's wrong n what's right. And they need to understand that human body isn't as simple like 1+1=2, it's way too complex than that. Public should take up the matter legally n govt will punish the doc if found guilty. The public should trust their doctors, follow their treatment protocol. It's very common that people don't continue their medication as per advice, seek traditional healers till their disease becomes a serious issue. People don't come for follow up, hop one doc to another and complain docs were not able to cure them. Government should promote public awareness regarding these issues. Public should themselves give it a thought n counsel fellow men to seek expert advice. All those students who are going for NEET or are medical aspirants this is a message for you all. It may look shinning from far away, but trust me reality is very brutal. Every day the scene is becoming worse for us. Only travel this path if you're willing to sacrifice your youth, your mental peace, and work relentlessly. Only the top cream enjoy the lux n glitz , while the rest will always once in a while go to sleep with the question " was it worth it? "
I am an aspirant but personally have no interest in getting mob lynched by the ignorant. So i say fuck that and go abroad for research or something after getting the degree. Also, is it true that doctors who couldn't get their M.D have no real value in society?
@@hellsingh3694 MBBS is enough if you are from a small city/ town and want to start your own practice in your home town. For tier 1 cities, specialisation is probably required to earn well but there are exceptions of course.
Thank you guys for clearing this... All relatives of mine say that mbbs is not enough and you have to do md and investment of 10 years is required to be a good doctor
The story about Adesh college is the story about every private college. Doctors are hired to 1-2months prior to inspection paid 8-10k/day. Dummy admission files are made. The patient are admitted with 5days stay and free food during these days. Medical councils know everything. They come, they do not audit, the Amount is fixed, they get paid and the private college gets their license.
Fake doctors aren't only fake but almost every field in india has witnessing same thing. Whether it's news channels, political parties and their propogandas, actors, engineers, startups.... everything. One should be understood these are not the problems but the symptoms of existing problems. Whatever has been done is done for money. money is an ultimate truth, an ultimate power especially when we're talking about developing cum poor country like India and many other like this.
Yesterday I went to my district's govt. hospital. They didn't even have a syringe, neither a TT injection. This is the condition of medical department of India. Moreover, only one doctor was seeing every patient. I could feel the amount of pressure he was having :)
Yeah, the problem is definitely with our medical system. Even in metropolitan cities, the government hospitals are always crowded (dispensaries don't have medicine supplies and recommend to buy from outside) and private hospitals charge much higher which is not viable for masses. So, there is a similar gap in cities too, as many of us would have seen labourers and lower-middle class people going to such doctors although the scale is less here and can be reduced. Lastly, I think that we cannot eradicate this 'quacks' completely in rural areas otherwise, no healthcare will be available to the people and as a immediate solution government institutions and NGOs should train them but in long term, there should be emphasis on improving rural healthcare infrastructure by government so 'real' doctors can treat people.
Improving rural healthcare system is much needed by the Government. If a village hospital will not have basic medical equipments & machines, why would 'real' doctors work there ?
Bhai ham sab ko doctor ki majburi samjh na chahiye how they took efforts on ug or pg and government paying them a small amount.then they do not have choice for live in private hospitals
@@sohehabdulla7423 you guys paid a huge amount and also charging decent money... while in rural areas patients as well as these people have no choice. Totally different case.
This is Mohak's NEET result special 👀👏 In a country like India, where 17-18 lakh students fight for approximately 1lakh medical seats out of which only around 40k are govt.. and that too with increasing competition and corruption. How is the requirement of doctors going to be fulfilled? Being a medical aspirant myself i believe that giving training to these so called "quacks" so they can help the rurals is a solution oriented approach !
But if we promote this, then who is going to prepare for neet, study MBBS for 5 years? India has more rural areas than urban, and it's the less costly (both in terms of time and money) and easiest way to be a medical practitioner. But they lack knowledge and training. It's not possible to train them the way medical Colleges do. And it's about people's lives. I think, increasing the seats in medical Colleges would be a better solution.
In Karnataka, The salary that government gives for rural service to doctors is really less compared to north indian states. Only a doctor knows the hardship it takes to clear MBBS. That's why a doctor will charge more money. Because he had to sacrifice his youth, his time, his sleep in MBBS. And MBBS ain't cheap. If government pays good salary, give proper facilities in govt hospital, many doctors will work in rural area. Trust me, even some basic medications won't be there sometimes. And there's a hell lot of corruption in the government system from top to bottom. It's an open secret My batch was deployed to district hospitals instead of rural areas because of COVID for compulsory rural service post MBBS. We got salary of about 4 months only. 8 months salary is still pending. I blame the citizens of this country for this situation too I am asking every common citizen, Did you elect your political leader for good health facilities or from caste and religion?
I myself am a NEET ASPIRANT and feel the increase in competition in these 2years,, last year it was 18LAKH students applying for NEET, and this time 22LAKH ... Every year the no. is increasing by 2-3LAKH but seats approximately the same 40K govt. But even seeing this much high competition I'm against supporting QUACKS because it's not about just training and knowing basic things similar to a Doctor. Everyone should understand the need of QUALITY > QUANTITY. The government should increase its seats so that we can have more quality doctors. In this journey trying to get a Govt. medical seat, I get to know there are really some illegal admissions also taking place in a few govt. sectors by giving a huge sum of money, and capturing the seat of some deserving aspirants. That's why too we don't get quality doctors even if they get passed out with their bachelor's degree.
I was able to get a seat in that 22 lakh competition but I am general category in a state with 10 percent reservation for even government school students ( these students get into government colleges with 290 marks meanwhile I needed 560 in state quota for private seat in government quota ) , when reservations exist it doesn't even feel like I want to serve in India let alone provide free medical service , i just want to do researchs, electives and go abroad for MD

Request to patients, 1. It's up to you to choose the type of treatment you want, Allopathy/Ayurveda/Homeopathy,etc. I would suggest not to mix these, if incase you are switching from one to another type then let your doc know about your past treatments and medications. 2. I would suggest to not take allopathic meds prescribed by non-allopathic docs and vice-versa. In my practice i have seen and heard many cases where ppl have lost their lives or been suffered badly due to wrong prescription. 3. If you are undergoing any major procedure and you have both time and money then i would suggest you to take advise from more than one doc. 4. Know your condition, if you're suffering from some disease then it's better to gain some knowledge about it from a trustworthy source( your doctor).Know about the medications you're taking and its side-effects. 5. Learn basic life saving skills like BLS and how to diagnose stroke, heart-attack, how to stop bleeding, stabilize fractured body part. Even if our country becomes a developed nation, these quacks will somehow survive and do their business so BE ALERT, don't fall for false treatment and hopes. Thanks, A doctor. 😁

BAMS ,BHMS ,BUMS OR MBBS all are undergraduate medical course. Indian Medical Association IMA is a society registered under The Societies Act of India. It's not a governing body. MCC AND NCISM are the medical governing bodies of India. Quacks is term which should be used for practioners without any of above course. 4 lakhs doctors which are from other courses like Bams,Bhms and Bums are legalized to practice medicine according to their state medical register.which includes modern medicine and techniques. This is due to proper modern training introduced in their curriculum while certain restrictions are imposed .
You r absolutely wrong according to nmc 2019 act only modern medicine is allowed for mbbs graduates and not bams or bhms or bums plz don't missguide people here and in 2019 the order to treat minor ailments by ayush doctors is also cancelled plz update yourself,so now if you practise allopathy you r surely a quack, mbbs doctors are qualified and registered with Indian medical register and u r not registered here and u r not allowed in any way so you r surely going to fall under the category of quack if u do such illegal practises
I know some "quack" doctors in my village , now they are super aware , if they see a patient who is in very serious condition they themselves admit the patient to a local hospitals. They play a multitude of roles for village community were often medicines are inaccessible.
Quack are too much helpful and Adarsh as you said that if there's a patient with serious condition, they admit the person in hospital, This is really true. We should train them but in proper guidance of professional doctors.
The harsh reality is that attendants or relatives of patient died during magic treatment doesn't even know that it is due to the illogical treatment by these quack doctors.
meanwhile legitimate doctors pay a crore to get admission into medical colleges, pass classes and subjects and get their certification with donation money ....
Again ..third thing. At my time in 2003 ...at least 10-20 percent students are from very rural background, we lived in villages.. But in last 2 decades..I hd sen that now most students qualified are from urban areas.. because of NEET and as rural students are deprived of costly coching and classes.. So you can't expect an urban child to serve in rural India... So this is also one of biggest problem 👍
as per rules, BAMS doctors can practice allopathy , but BHMS (homeopathic) practitioners cannot Only a few states in India allow Ayurveda practitioners to practice allopathy as well: Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Assam and Uttarakhand. And at present, no person can perform surgeries without allopathic drugs and diagnostics
And here in my locality there are literally 15+ clinics and only one of them is of a mbbs graduate rest are bums and bhms graduate not even bams. The biggest problem is these private colleges providing bhms/bums courses at affordable fee. I know at least 6 people pursuing bums/bhms from karnatka. The sad thing is all these doctors in my area are prescribing modern medicine and no one is stopping them, they are making shit ton of money. Yesterday my neet result came out and I am not getting a govt mbbs seat but can get a govt bums/bhms or maybe bams too but I won't take admission in these courses as this field is getting dirty and dirty for private practitioners because of these private colleges. What's the difference between a mbbs (private practice) and a bhms/bums graduate if they are prescribing the same medicine. Look at quora how frustrated all these mbbs graduates are. A bhms/bums graduate prescribing allopathy...

The worst part about medical education in our country are the mandatory conditions required to setup a college like it has to be on minimum 40 acres of land, has to have a hospital attached and a lot more useless guidelines that only make the course even more expensive and force a lot of the aspirants to go to foreign countries for their education. We need to simplify the guidelines and have more seats in medical like engineering as the ratio of doctors serving patients are very low in our rural areas.
Instead of promoting these quacks we should focus more of medical infrastructure and enforcement of medical students .. Government should build more government colleges so as to avoid the cut throat competition ...✌️
I'm an MBBS graduate. Graduated in April22. There are very few jobs for doctors in government sectors. The private hospital offers half or 1/4 salary and usually gives night Duties. So many contract-based doctors ko isi saal notice deke nikala Gaya. Not because they were incapable, but because the government does not have jobs to offer them. And then there are these Fake Doctors. Harsh but true!
Maharashtra me BAMS doctor bhi allopathic medicine de sakta hai uski practice ke hisab se. Aur bhai ayurveda, homeopathy doctor ko informal mat bolo. Vo bhi doctor hai Pathis alag alag hai Sirf MBBS wala hi doctor nahi hota.
Goverment should increase number of seats in medical colleges but also we should not forget that will reduce cut-off in NEET and can affect quality of our doctors so while increasing seats and medical colleges minimum marks criteria should be there in NEET.
Great stuff. I broker my right wrist a couple days back and went to a near by hospital in Gurgaon, it’s a good one. Got my x-ray done there and Orthopaedic doctor said you need a surgery and would cost 80k. I came out and immediately went to a better doctor and hospital. Since it’s my right hand, i took three opinions from different Doctors in Gurgaon and Delhi, all of them had similar advise of MRI and putting up a cast for 3-4 weeks. they were also shocked when I told them one doc asked me to undergo a surgery just by looking the x-ray film. What world we live in, can’t even trust doctors.
A general category student getting Mark's in the line of 590s and still not getting selected meanwhile a SC/ST or other reserved categories gets admission with even less than 500 to 400 Marks.......whatelse can you expect......... Reservation ki jai ho!!! Humari health bhaad me ho!!
Sir, this may seems to be a small issue but it is the rooting for destruction of education system and engineering future. Chandrakant Patil(Higher and Technical Education Minister of Maharashtra) announced to take re-exam of failed Polytechnic students because they think passing is right of every student no matter he/she deserves it or not. Reasons they gave were: 1) This year's passing percent dropped by more than 40% than last year. 2) Students struggled to transit from online exams to offline exams. 3) Failed students were doing protests. 4) Failed students should not loose their year and many more.. 1- In 2018 when exam was conducted offline, passing percentage was 36.55 which is still less than that of this year. This year's passing percentage is 37.37 Passing percentage of 37 is normal when compared to offline descriptive exams. 2- Students who passed were also sitting at home while pandemic. Why only failed students should get chance of re-exam? We studied day and night to secure passing marks. Exams are taken to conclude on the decision that who should go ahead. Deserving candidates should be the first priority. We still understand that transition was hard and second chance is valid. But every willing student should get this chance because we are feeling insecure about our admission seat. Only 10% seats are reserved for direct second year students. If a single students after re-exam surpasses marks of any already passed student (in first attempt) then it will be injustice on him. If failed students are getting second chance to score more then all willing students should also get equal chance to secure their seat and to prove their worth. 3- Protest is becoming living for some people in India. People don't realise what they are protesting for is even right or wrong. They are protesting for whatever they can. Being neutral, anyone can tell that protesting for promoting undeserving and failed students is valid or not. May they deserve it but they have prove it also. 4- Since when the education ministry started thinking about failed students more than passed ones? If ministry is so concerned about 1 year of 63% failed students then who will think for 37% of us? 1 year of failed ones is more important than future of passed students! Students who worked hard and dreamed and deserved to study in their desired colleges can loose their their seats due to re-exam. Decisions of education ministry are making engineers, let the deserving ones go ahead 🙏 This simple thing is out of syllabus for Chandrakant Patil ( Higher and Technical Education Minister). Education minister and other authorities are supposed to have a very good understanding of their responsibilities. Taking decisions based on only one dimension never helps! For me and thousands of passed students, the decision of re-exam of only failed diploma students is illogical and senseless. This year's passing percentage is 37.37% which is still more than that in 2018. This data should have been taken into account before making this bold move. Already passed students are feeling insecure about their admission because after re-exam the merit will increase and students who studied day and night and secured good marks in the first attempt could loose their deserving seat. If a single already passed student irrespective of his marks loose his/her deserving seat, it will be injustice to the passed students. Increasing the admission quota back to 20% or taking re-exam of all willing students are the only ways to cover up this fairly. 🙏 When such illogical things happen I remember one dialogue - Daal me kuch to kaala hai daya! This is where BJP minister saw an golden opportunity to secure votes of more than 1 lakh failed students for whom he will be like a savior and take the youth in confidence that he will be always there to back them. Majority of students failed so he targetted them as this decision will emotionally connect them with him. He knows that nobody from opposition will oppose him, wait is there any opposition party in Maharashtra? This seems to be initial phase of dictatorship! This needs to be stopped. Eventually, this decision will prove to be the worst decision for engineering future, upcoming batches as well as country. They are setting bad example for our juniors- "no matter you should study or not, you can pass the exams by protests" Data is neglected while taking this decision. JEE mains also has two attempts but they allow every willing student to give both attempts. Total politically influenced decision. Due to lack of opposition, BJP is taking political advantage of every situation. Dirty politics! I'm from behalf of thousands of passed students, requesting you to please help us through your reach🙏 Media is busy in showing saas bahu and shit. You are the only hope for us🙏 We are not against the re-exam but everyone should get equal chance to prove their worth atleast in Education. Save us and engineering future from dictatorship of BJP🙏 Ministry is not ready to accept that this decision is not in favour of all students. This needs to be stopped right now before its too late. Our demand are : 1) Students who feel insecure about their admission seat because of re-exam should be allowed to give second attempt. OR 2) Increase direct second year admission quota back to 20% as it was in 2018. Please make a video on this issue as you are the only hope🙏 Hoping for justice⚖️ No media and ministers are responding. Copy pasted by purpose....
I believe that abandoning these doctors will be the wrong thing to do. As the people who have access to good medical facilities will think that they must be banned and not supported, but for crores of villagers these doctors are the first point of contact for any minor medical problems. They can be trained and allowed to work under certain legal regulatory framework and must be allowed to prescribe medicines for only non critical and minor health issues and disallowed to perform any other disease treatments.
Yeah, I agree, gaonon me govt hospitals itne door door hote hai ki har chhoti badi cheez ke hum vaha nhi ja sakte, hum vaha jana tabhi prefer karte hai jab koi serious issue ho, aur vaise unki bhi halat koi achchi nhi hai. This Dr. Santanu Sen, MP Rajyasabha, President of Bengal IMA Branch is more of a politician than a doctor. He is infamous for taking bribes in exchange of permissions for construction. He is known as 'square feet Sen' in his area.
I was thinking about why most colleges I've found aren't located close to any main places or roads, that's because they can setup a hostel and charge extra for that instead of traveling back to home everyday.
Where lies the solution? 1) We need to increase government colleges MBBS seats. 2) The exams of NEET need serious changes, it is ridiculous how high the marks required for getting a seat is. People scoring 600/720 are barely managing to get a seat. The questions are too straight forward and way too many for 3 hours making this just a shory of speed competition and increasing competition beyond imagination. 3) There is a need to reduce the syllabus during MBBS. An MBBS graduate who will practise as a physician will never need to recall more than 40-50 percent of what is taught during MBBS. Many things taught during MBBS are not required unless you choose to do a specialisation. Because of the immense syllabus students have no time left at all to focus on clinical skills.
I think we should train semi doctors who are given a shorter training where they can handle minor cases and prescribe medicines for common diseases. They should be able to identify major problems and direct them towards actual doctors. At the end, a person with some medical knowledge is better than having no one at your help.

Because mbbs in not a joke, it's a professional course. It takes a lot of effort and resources to make a doctor. Increasing seats is never the answer. Infact, ask any medical student and he'll tell you to decrease the number of seats in college as it results in better learning. You cannot and I mean cannot mass produce doctors.
@@animetldr4044 (a) the quality might not be upto western standards, but it's nowhere near pathetic. Indian doctors are quite talented. (b) mbbs is not the same as engineering, the more the number of students, the less an individual learns, cause a lot goes into medical training. Plus medical professors are not just professors, they're doctors too. Already they are overworked, increasing class strength just worsens the problem, from both fronts.
I'm from Chandamari, a small Village near Kolkata in West Bengal. Here are so many fake doctors, they run their own chambers and treat people at a very low fees. Some of them are god for the villagers! It's because here in our Village there are no real certified doctor. But in the Covid period a new health care centre was established in our Village and now once a in a week two doctors are visit there and see the patients. I think this is the real need for all rural villagers of India.
Great video Mohak! But I would like to add a few points here. First of all, the fake doctor at 9:15 is not operating on the hand, he is just canulating, which means inserting a needle into the vein to give fluid, "operate" is a very big word to use here. Secondly, promoting fake doctors will end up causing more problem for real doctors. A lot of times these fake doctors after making a mistake and refer the complicated patient to a real doctor in the city, and then the responsibility ends up on the real doctor's shoulders to deal with something which is going to have a bad outcome. Thirdly, voilence against doctors is rising in india, and lots of doctors including me do not feel safe working in india anymore and there is high brain drain to countries like UK, australia and USA where lifestyle is better with better pay and more security when it comes to physical violence. We have to deal with their mistakes and the patient's attendants end up beating us rather than them. Governement needs to create more governement colleges to train doctors. Doctors working in rural settings have pathetic conditions, they live and work in places which are unsanitory and devoid of any facilites, this needs to improve. When government is not ready to spend on health sector, how does one expect things to improve.
when your family income is very low mbbs doctors take 500 rup for just to check patient and give mediciens which are not avalaible other than there medicals if fake doctors removed from country many poor peoples die because of lack of money and lack of doctors
Might seem to be about semantics here..but any invasive procedure including cannulation or even im or iv needle insertion to deliver drugs n fluids come under the realm of 'operation' altho strictly speaking not a operative procedure. One should know what can go wrong when doing these things and how to prevent, notice and manage an unlikely but fatal complication.
hi navnoor ,i think I knew you , but not getting rn in my mind .. yes i agree with all of your point but giving training to quacks is also mandatory to Fill the gap between rural and urban medical expenses
My neighbour is a compounder and every one calls him a doc by the way I m from Assam and the tea labourers takes his advice and pays a lot and he exploits them as they are illiterate. My mother once heard him prescribing medicines saying 400 + 600 u need to pay 1500 or so 😂😂

I am from Giridih, a district of Jharkhand, currently typhoid positive. I don't know what can we do , there are no any certified doctors in my area so ultimately i am consulting a jholachhap doctor.
8:30 Another reason: For admission in Medical Colleges students have to spend huge amount of money, varying from 15 to 20 lacs. And after spending so much money why will they want to work for free in villages,(cuz they also need to clear the education loan they take) when they can earn much more in cities or open their chamber in their houses. Edit: It's 50 lacs to 1Cr. I didn't know this cuz I am an engineering student.
This much cost in private colleges where as government medical colleges fees range starts from ₹1628 per annum to 1 lack per annum . AIIMS fees is ₹1628 per annum.
It takes 25-50 lakhs in foreign. Hostel fees is Saparate. And students got to do all stuff themselves for most part. Indeed, it's a huge loan n preassure, no wonder why many docs end up in cities, being a salesman for branded medicines.
For this fake doctors who treat badly my grandma is no more. She died before my birth. Today I feel very lonly when someone says their fun moments with their grandma in front of me. I lost my grandparents for this fake doctors. I really hate them. They snach my childhood 😭😭😭😭
@@Akshaysharma-gn3um yes absolutely they just know how to make money but they don't care other peoples life. We know what is a real pain to lose someone close to us 😭😭😭
You're wrong...My village has a government hospital. But only on the documents. And the twist is ..there are also doctors who visit it every day. But only on papers
Sir the Ayush doctors are not the informal doctors and ima is no one to call us informal doctors.we are too spending many years in our study of ayurveda and practicing it.And neet score card is being used to get selection in ayush colleges.
Great Topic by Mohak Even my nursing college used to manage fake laboratory and patient during college inspection. And hence we have lack of technical skills . ( so we outreaching other private hospital to gain some experience & skills).
You can't say a bams (ayurvedic) doctors 'jhola chhap' as they also have to qualify neet to study then 4 and half year of study and 1 year internship in which they study ayurveda and modern both.. And in states like maharashtra, uttrakhand, bihar, gujarat govt had allowed them to prescribed some modern medicines
Fees for a doctor education is a lot and many of my friends inspite of being class topper were not able to get admission because of not having adequate money. Government is to be blamed for this because they don’t have enough govt colleges. Private colleges take lot of donations.
You are wrong at some points Example: You said Ayurveda doctors can’t practice allopathy legally but in the syllabus of BAMS all the books which has been studied by a MBBS are included and also all the high courts and supreme court have ordered them to practice allopathy. Even you want to check just go to your nearby hospital you will always find a BAMS ( medical officer ). Check your facts before posting anything and I request you to don’t believe the IMA they always degrade ayurveda
@@maclordofficial4853 aane wala samay bams ka hi hai tum jaise kucch money minded doc hi bams ka virodh karte ho max public of India is in support with ayurved and respect earn is also much
Doctors ki itni kami hai ki kai baar ye fake doctors hi saalon se ilaaz karte aaye hain graamin ilakon mein, if one just learns to give injection he opens pharmacy shop and nearby people treat him as doctor.
Reality of indian doctors : they spend lakhs on education, even more than mba fees, they give entrances, which is so difficult, they study it for 7-8 years, and then some selected become doctors, just to serve in rural areas for less than Rs 50000 per month. Govt will spend money everywhere but will not make govt hospitals urban class and they expect doctors to serve in low incomes that would not cover their loans which they too to become doctors. That is why most of the doctors prefer opening private clinics or work in private hospitals than to work in govt hospitals😂😂😂.
Delhi has 3 tier health system. Mohalla clinic, poly clinic and then govt hospitals. This 3 tier system can be replicated across states. For graduation and education, that may take more times as opening of new AIIMS and curbing private mafia of education may not be priority of central govt.
India already has very few doctors per 1000 people, this report only worsens the situation even more badly, India urgently need a healthcare revolution, otherwise the situation would be horrible for the future of the country
Being a dctor in rural parts of India i don't think will be a thing in the near future. No one will be willing to even sacrifice their current lifestyle for a worse one and, the profit will also be minimal and the lving conditions too. That's the core issue.
A few first hand experience while serving in Rural India (without offense ) • RMP/Jholechaap doctors giving steroids for everything from pain to treating cancer • Doctors from other -pathies practise Allopathy with zero knowledge about the science beneath. People prefer to pay in thousands to some random guy claiming to treat without degree. And when the same come to a MBBS/MD they are skeptical and over critical.
IMA would never want that the shortage of doctors in India should be fulfilled because it will affect those medical business. IMA is also opposing BAMS doctors to do surgeries as Ayurveda is cheap as compared to Allopathy....... it's all their silent strategy
doctors who passed with degrees BAMS,BUMS,BHMS should not be counted in quack, because they are qualified medical practitioners. Allopathic practice is now allowed for them as all are under AYUSH mantralaya of central govt. so calling them as a quack may become point of controversy.expected correction and more research in the same matter.
Main problem is reservation. When someone from Sc/ st gets medical seat for just 420/720 marks. Most of them fails to pass semester exams . Thus those who deserved had to prepare again and these quota students will treat and become "Jhola chap dictor"
Are you any govt. College? Tell me? .My sister said most of the students from general category bunk all the classes and some even fail in semester exams then why are you always targeting small castes ?And it's a government college.
@@insanegaming9121 every college has students who bunk classes...I would rather prefer a person with 500 marks get govt seat over someone with 350 -400 marks
@@insanegaming9121 Ad hominem. Point is that all of those general category people, irrespective of what they do afterwards, had to score much more marks in entrance than others who had reservations, hence they were the ones actually deserving of being in there. General category males like me have the hardest in case of engineering, medical, govt. jobs etc. Now, I gave Jee mains this year and got a rank of 24,000. This would get me a decent college in homestate for IT field but some guy with reservations quota might get this for a rank of like 2 lakh + Govt. just doing caste politics to cash in votes of specific communities instead of giving every candidate an equal treatment. No wonder brain drainage is so prevalent in India, much better than to get embroiled in this caste bullshit.
@@numbconsumer1392 yeah agreed FISRT check this casteism graph of India , most probably you are from any city ok . Just visit small towns and villages in up,hp , jharkhand and other States. You will get to know how bad some people are and how they behave with small caste people. You guys only see one side of the coin that is reservations. Recently check the case of that tribal woman of jharkhand. This type of shit is happening in this country.
One change i would like to state that that a bams doctor(ayurvedic) can prescribe allopathic treatment under ayush guidelines but a bhms(homeopathy) can't . And many states have given direct permission to bams doctor to practice allopathy after a minor course
According to me, it's a terrible idea. The curriculum for Ayurveda and modern medicine is very, very different, especially the molecular analysis and cell theory parts. Too much of treatment is reliant on proper understanding of such concepts, which a BAMS graduate is simply unequipped to grasp. It may be more practical to make them work under a practitioner of modern medicine if they wish to prescribe treatments of modern medicine; as in, every treatment given out by them needs to be verified/approved by the modern medicine RMP.
They are real quacks who only knows what drugs to give they dont even know mechanism of action of those drugs and side effects , bams course should be stop if almost everyone of them want to practice modern medicines , they work under some mbbs specialist doctors and learn what meds to give and when to give then they start own clinics this is going everywhere nobody including govt. Is bothered about this ...
@@JD-nz9dj generally normal mbbs doctors are not specialist in molecular analysis. Don't throw big words.Basic Pharmacology is not that hard. They can be trained but shouldn't.
