The way politics and corruption is being brought into cricket is shameful, true fans will start loosing interest in the game.

The power isn't with BCCI. It is the fans that gives them the power. I am looking for the day that fans realise how the BCCI is taking them for granted and we start boycotting the games until BCCI accepts and corrects its mistakes.

Jay Shah is one of the great cricketers in the history of cricket. The way he bats on the ground is extraordinary. And when he takes 8 wickets in 1 over, it's the reason he is now the BCCI secretary.

A simple solution, Stop hyping Indian Cricket and BCCI. I'm a cricket fan too, we pay money to watch match in the stadium, so its our right to demand quality. But here we pay the ticket fee and are treated as poor, so better to watch match at Home in TV. And this is a must do right now to show BCCI, that in the end Indian Cricket fans are highly responsible for their growth and recignition.

The way Jay Shah was sitting almost falling asleep shows how passionate he's about cricket. It's all just business for the BCCI,gone are the days when you'd find every stadium atleast half full throughout the World Cup (India 2011). The world is gonna say we don't deserve to host a World Cup,and they are right tbh. And the only one to blame here is BCCI.

Hey Mohak! My father is a BJP worker in Ahmedabad and has (not so close) ties with Jay Shah. He said almost every BJP worker and worker in RSS shakhas have got 2 free match tickets each for matches taken place in Ahmedabad. The first match of ENGvNZ was less expected to have good audience so they gave free tickets to thousands of women and BJP workers. Something shady is going on under BCCI for sure. Its sad they are ruining the spirit of Indian cricket.

I have been following the sport since 2006. Batsman friendly pitches and rules, the rise of IPL, the sidelining of ODIs and Tests, and team selection based on IPL over domestic cricket and politics in BCCI is discouraging. Cricket is losing its traditional essence and I am gradually losing interest in the sport which I once dearly loved😞.

I attended this indVSpak World Cup match. They were not allowing water bottle inside the stadium and the free water distributed inside the stadium was not sufficient. The water bottle was also sold inside the stadium but it was sold for 100 rupees which you can easily get for just 20. In addition to this, they were not allowing you to take water bottle to your seats and were asking to leave it at the stairs. Some people were frustrated so they just avoided it and carried the water bottle to their seats. Same issue was with the food. They were charging double and sometimes triple for the food.

There was this juggle between Kapil and Gavaskar just like BCCI did with Rohit and Virat, also there wasn't much smoother transitions in past, you can also see how Sachin suffered also being a captain and Dravid to Dhoni wasn't a smooth sail either. Only example I remember where BCCI didn't interfere was in Dhoni stepping down for Kohli.

People used to blame FIFA for being corrupt. But I have booked tickets for Qatar worldcup and it was transaprent experience. The tickets for the Cricket worldcup , there is absolutely no way to book.

My dad works in tata and he was invited to watch an ipl match between rcb and DC at chinnaswamy stadium last season when tata was a sponsor. Despite getting to watch match celeb box he says he had a horrible experience over there such as poor parking facilities as he to walk more than 2 km. Even the players look very tiny. He says it's better to watch on tv

BCCI is a private body and it does not represent India but a pvt body. Whereas other sports like kabaddi, hockey etc represents India.

Sell off BCCI and others into small units/states to private corporate bidders such as Tata, Cognizant, Infosys of the world to bring in professionalism of corporate ethics within sports. Politician and Govt has no job to meddle in sports. Make national to local, college to high school levels sports a priority to unleash competition, based on performance.

Most Govt. organisations don't care about the 'experience' if they are making good money, such a shame. As someone who have lived in Japan for 3 years, the difference in management of literally any Govt. related scheme/org. is massive.

I'm a TNCA member at the chepauk stadium in Chennai. I pretty much know the mechanism behind issuing tickets. TNCA gives out most ticket to their members and celebrities. For me it is easy go get a ticket for worldcup and Ipl but not the same case for a common man. Also, most tickets are given to corporates and their top level employees. India may have a stadium that is larger than Lords and MCG but we can never match their class and standards, Shame on BCCI

One thing you missed, Amit Mota Bhai visited Dada's house before Bengal Elections and urged him to campaign for his party. He declined and very soon with a month or two he was removed from his post.

This CWC is nothing but a shame for Indian Cricket Fans, A Humiliation for us. 1. Late Schedule Announcement 3 months before the tournament, Tickets were on sale 1 month before, with Long Queues and millions of fans did not get any tickets. No E-Tickets in 2023??? This was the biggest joke that so Called Richest Board can't even arrange all this things. Because they were busy in IPL and Biletral Series. Outcome??? Empty Stadiums for Non India Matches, No excitement, no hype, no great Theme song. What Saddened me the most is Cricket World Cup is the biggest Tournament of Cricket. But BCCI is treating it like a Paytm series and we don't have to go deep to understand this. BCCI mismanagement and Delays have made this CWC the worst hosted event ever. I'm sure that even 2027 CWC will be better than this one. It's forgettable. 2. No Opening Ceremony, No before hand Preparation. But A small ceremony before India v Pakistan match. Only Indian matches have patriotic nation songs. When other teams win no song for their country. It's just BCCI rigging this for the sake of their fans. 3. BookMyShow Tickets sales has to be the biggest Scam of 2023. Genuine cricket fans did not got tickets but scammers who tried from 6-7 devices book tickets just to sell on high price in Black and BCCI knew this too this why they did not allow E tickets in India cause they know how can they do business if Tickets are paperless. Thank You to you who created a RU-vid video for this i pray millions of more people see this video and Realise how BCCI make a fool of us, I know we can't do anything as they are too big but one day they will pay for this. I was in market yesterday with my wife for shopping and I was watching India- Pak match on hotstar. We had lunch in a restaurant, there was no one watching match and restaurant didn't play match on TV. I stopped at chai ki tapari for a cup of chai and nobody even the vendor wasn't watching the match at all. Nobody even bothered to ask me the score or to look into my mobile out of curiosity for match. Roads were crowded with people and nobody was watching match. There was a time when for a Indo-Pak match, restaurants were used to be empty. Roads were empty. But now it seems Indian audience is getting bored with cricket with too much cricket being all around all year.

One of the reason why I stopped watching cricket...!! We have so many other super excited sports and I'm happy watching other sports.... Thankyou Mohak & Soch Team for this fantastic case study

I'd like to add that another aspect that seems to be missing is that the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) does not upload match highlights on RU-vid, while other cricket boards do. This lack of highlights on their official channel means that fans cannot enjoy post-match content afterward, or I'm not sure if they even have a RU-vid channel.

Thanks for making the video sir 👍 The problem of corruption in cricket is a big issue and the present government should certainly think about it, BCCI should be transformed into a public body which would be then accountable to the citizens of the nation, the whole system from top to bottom should be made transparent, I can feel the pain because I have my brother who is 15, he practices day and night for cricket, works hard, sacrifices everything for making a place in team through the trials, even then everytime before going to a trial, he is sceptical and tensed what if he performs good but even then the selectors wouldn’t take him and rather chose those who are ready to give them something, and same would be the case which many other Young childrens who are so passionate about making it to the team, what is their fault if he does not belong a rich family background financially, I know this is not true everywhere, but still this goes at some places. In India where people love cricket a lot, it should be the moral responsibility of government to transform it into a public body so that everything goes transparently. 🙏
