This company is desperately needing to update their inventory, at least make them 6th gen, preferably 8th gen for W11 support. If they HAVE to stick to 4th gen, minimum the i7 chips for the extra threads, c’mon. The driver overhead can only do so much
Absolutely. With that GPU, an i7-4770 or 4790 would make a world of different in gaming with the extra threads available. I would love to see the Toasty Bros. drop in one of those chips and compare the performance. 4th gen is still viable, but only with the i7 CPUs.
@@aleksazunjic9672I have an FX8320 PC that I no longer use. Maybe I'll get the 5600XT and try it out with the FX8320 then I can put the 5600XT in with my i7 8700k.
I just upgraded one of these for a friend. The only thing i could reuse was the ssd and case. It needed all new fans as the fan hub is permanently attached to the power supply.
It's probably the beautiful white case with full mesh at the front and above + included rgb fans 👌🏻 buyers just got to upgrade that mediocre cpu and got a nice starting gaming system
Thank you Toasty Bros Team for all explanations, benchmarks, price points and funny bits :) Really enjoying this channel content, that survivabilty test on the HP case was supreme and recoverable :P When you mentioned testing EA games in the benchmark, with unexpected good results on them, it came to idea the proposition of trying games like Fifa, Tekken or some other genres to spice a competition between the Team members. I have on cart, an order for a PC Build of yours but I can only go for it in the right moment :)
I have a Stgaubron i7-10700kf with a rx6600, they make some junky computers and have some really cheap older component computers. I think this line kinda targets the I don’t want to spend to much crowd, mine has a branded gpu (powercouler)the motherboard is a 510 chipset but i didn’t pay to much. It all comes down to understanding what your buying, if your not going to research what your buying this is what you get.
Is the giveaway over? Also awesome video, what I would do is if I got this I would upgrade the CPU, and if I need to the motherboard as well. Keep it up!
Literally bought one from them for my brother, it was a $370 pc i think with the rx550 4g, a few stutters hear and there but i havent really used it to play and i feel it might smoothen at as it gets used more Edit: just seen the one you guys reviewed is dual channel, the one i bought has 4 slots and came with 2x8(16gb) 1800mhz ram
They must've made a deal with school systems getting rid of stockpile computers. Though CPUs are able to live that long, 4th Gens are too outdated for current needs and expectations.
These types of systems are specifically designed to mislead low budget buyers. If you're shopping in this price range, thoroughly consider just getting a console
Can y’all answer me pls much love btw I’ve watched every video until I got my pc 2 months ago it’s the picture as my profile got it first month this year for 1020$ out the door at action pawn shop in Texas. Did I get robbed? Came w gigabyte 175hz monitor ibuypower mouse keyboard and mic/headset I could run 160 fps steady think it sounds good? Amd Ryzen 7 3700x 8core processor 3600 mhz, 32 physical ram and its windows 10. Pls great video once again.
What GPU came with it? Pawn shops generally sell their merchandise for a lot more than they bought it for. What you could do is look up the price for each part and tally up the total and see how close that comes to what you paid for everything. Hopefully it's close to what you paid but don't be surprised if you paid a lot more than if you had built the PC yourself.
Hey guys, this summer I want to buy a pc but I have 100$ saved I am going to work for more money but what is the lowest I can go to get a decent pc that can run fortnite, Minecraft, steam games and cod. What’s the lowest I can go?
STG Aubron is Skytech's canadian side hustle and they are absolute trash. I had to build a customer an entirely new pc because his came straight from STG with a broken 2060, horrible chinese bios and the 16x pcie slot only worked when it wanted to laugh at the poor customer...$580 bucks for a 4790 cpu and a fried (the fuses were broken off of the gpu that the SI decided to paint bright red, even the hs on the cooler was painted over) gpu....the case had buttons for the "argb" and reset button, the switches under said buttons were completely non-existent. I've seen more rigid metal on a Yugo vs the case.....have fun with that lmao........hot garbage. Oh and don't even bother contacting the company because they WILL NOT respond to your emails.
Bro, a 6600 with 4670k would give you sooo much bottle kneck also its worth like 180 in total for both of those but if it were a pc probably 300-400 at most or less, since 4670k is a decade old using ddr3 ram
While I do appreaciate the fact that micro center sponsers you all...... once again .... th closest one to me is over 1000 miles away. Love ya. Bye. 2 hours and 20 min flight. sigh.
Yeah, "EVERYONE" (in all caps of course) is buying this crappy $479 pc. And by EVERYONE, we mean over 200 people, because that is everyone in this billion person world. You click bait for views much to make that money?! That's a deceitful manipulative tactic people use. 🙄🤷♀️
When I had this CPU (well, the i5-3320 which is pretty much the same grade of CPU) it was married to a GTX760. When I upgraded to an i5-8400 system with a GTX1070 I bought the 1070 first and installed it in the old PC while saving for the rest of the parts and oh boy the bottleneck was real.
Any suggestions I'm on budget but I'm building a pc just pasifically for football manager 2025 which releases Nov normally. its going to be my first build
Guys I need some help. This week while playing games my pc keeps black screening, and the gpu(Rtx 3060) fans go full speed. This started happening after the most recent windows update. Need help
Are your video card drivers updated? I just updated the drivers yesterday for my GTX 1060 6gb. You could also try doing a system restore to go back before the Windows update and see if that fixes it. It sounds like a driver issue or perhaps a Windows compatibility issue.
You spent $500 for a 4th Gen i5?!?! I spent $120 for a 4th Gen potato back in 2016!!! Why are people still wasting their money on this garbage? If you want to game you'd be much better off getting a used console!
i have a 5th gen i5, nvidia quadro k600 and 24gb of ddr3 ram plus a 250gb off brand ssd and an 500gb hdd as my secondary pc, its not worth upgrading as it is just an old acer veriton sff but considering i got the pc for free and used some ram i had laying around the only thing i paid for was the gpu so for a 15$ pc its worth it at 30-60 fps min settings fortnite
Another e-waste "gaming" pc scam. Imagine getting this crap for your 10th year birthday and whatever, and it completely sucks, and imagine being a parent that has no idea about any pc related, rip!
4c/4t CPUs are still usable for PC ports of PS4 games (2020 and earlier) but after that ... I guess you could run single player games like Elden Ring with FPS locked and that is that.
So I could potentially sell my i7 8700k, GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, Corsair H100i 240mm AIO cooler, and 4 storage devices for around $400. Oh, and the case has 7 RGB fans.
I would never advise anybody to buy a PC like this. Microsoft will end support for windows 10 in October, 2025 and that processor won't support Windows 11. Seems a waste of money for something that is only safe to use for a year and a half.
I think not good value at this price, as just finished comparable build with ASRock B550M mobo, Ryzen 4100 CPU, 16GB (2x8GB) VulcanZ RAM, 1TB NVME, and RX580 2040SP w/ 8GB VRAM, w/ white Montech mATX case w/ ARGB fans ... total parts $489. Otherwise, everything was comparable (excluding el cheapo kb and mouse).
got a full size atrix rgb desk pad and i hate it, it wont lay flat bc the "fiberoptic" line that runs around it is stretchd or something, only goo thing is i paid $6 at gamestop when they were about to go out of buisness lol
Request/Suggestion when you all have PCs with non-big 4 motherboards, it'd be nice to see a quick tour of the BIOS to see if there are any undervolt, overclock or XMP options.
