I want to see LeClerc completely roasting the team and announcing he is leaving in some post race interview Ferrari needs this PR damage to finally get it together
although i agree, i dont see MB or RB picking up Leclerc. MB has russel and will try to avoid a hamilton rossberg situation. And i think RB will get rid of this pair anytime soon
Mattia's comments today after race were infuriating. Thinking that strategy was actually fine, it was just underperforming car, not tyres... That's just incredible - Charles fully taking his guilt after crash in France, not trying to condemn tyres, pedals, wind, team etc. And I don't really recall Ferrari showing him so needed support after that. Damn, even Leo Turini in his articles shows more sympathy for Charles. And now we have Mattia yet again completely ignoring the obvious. Poor Charles, I really feel bad for him - he desperately needs support from his team, cause he will eventually lose his confidence and trust for Ferrari.
Despite Verstappen charging through the field, Leclerc actually had the best pace on the Mediums. For Binotto to say the car was underperforming is just a lie
@@MrVsGarage These problems haven't improved in 2023; in fact I'd argue they've gotten *worse* as Carlos Sainz has had to take strategic matters into his own hands on multiple occasions to compensate for the Ferrari pit-wall's own incompetence.
Should do another segment now because they are taking the mick again with the strategy. It's supposed to be an easy Ferrari 1-2 but of course you have Ferrari's arch-nemesis, their own strategist, pushing them off the podium.

The pressure Ferrari puts on its team makes it extremely hard for all of the crew to think clearly in the middle of the race. This is my assumption It's very hectic and toxic in Ferrari
Today's race aside, Ferrari is by far the worst team on the grid at responding to what is happening on the track. I swear every time they must respond to anything you can see and hear the fucking panic in the garage
And they're up against RB, the team that reacts the fastest to any changes on the track. And RB are also the team that absolutely loves to force their rivals to react to their pitstops. Ferrari being a mess on the strategy side just lets them get chewed up by RB when strategy is a major factor in the race.
In 2023 their strategy has been alright, their car doesn't have pace and reliability is still a problem. You can hear Leclerc cry after 2 DNF's in 3 races.
also an issue would be using the same really bad english speakers italian/spanish engineers....i think they are at the team since kimi and massa were the drivers. Just hearing them could piss off anyone.....this is just the 2nd argument...the 1st being that they're incompetents
Great analysis! I'd equate the situation to the x-wings attacking the first death star - relying too much on the targeting computer! "Stay on target, stay on target....boom". Luke needed someone with the experience and wisdom of Obi-Wan telling him to "Let go and trust their feelings"! For example with Hungary, they were probably on plan for Med-Med-(Soft/Inter) but the strategy software reacts to Max's undercut attempt and tells them they need to pit now. Another part of the software goes "oh crap there's still loads of laps left, and it isn't raining yet, so the right answer is Med-Med-Hard". They need, as you say, someone with a wholistic perspective in those moments that can side-step the software logic potholes and act on instinct.
More championships to the team that leads in championships, does nothing for the image of F1. All it will do is make their fans do what they are already doing. Those who buy their cars know they are made by the most winning engineers in F1. It's like telling a beautiful woman she's beautiful, it's does nothing to improve her position so its a waste of time. Nice problem to have Farreri where the bigger your numbers the taller you look through the mirrors of achievement. Success can make you look like you don't know how to win.

Why is their strategy so bad for 15 yrs? Edit: also Ferrari has the location problem. Most other teams are neighbours in England. Ferrari has more honor of staying fully in Italy but they cant attract employees with families from England.
Lec. is also a part of the strategy of Ferrari!! He can sometimes "Demand" when to box or what kind of tyres (like Sainz). So it's not just Ferrari to blame.......
Lol, you saw the clip when the engineers strayed up asked him what to do? With all the shit happening he is still somehow number two? I think Leclerc wants to leave and Ferrari knows it. Even if Leclerc "demands" things, that is still Ferrari's job to say "no" instead of "sir, yes sir".
