Why is Glastrier AWFUL Despite its LEGENDARY Stats?

As the Crown Tundra DLC was released for Pokemon Sword and Shield, one of the most anticipated Pokemon on release was Glastrier. It had some of the most insane mix maxed Pokemon stats on release. It seemed on paper it would be a DOMINANT force, however its now Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and Glastrier is still struggling to still be good. Let me know in the comments below what you think of these Glastrier in Competitive Pokemon.

Q: Where is the gameplay from?
A: Pokemon Showdown
Q: How are the sprites looking like generation 5?
A: Click the settings button and you can change the sprite display
Q: Why is the gameplay have the opponent being dumb?
A: Well surprise its me playing as the opponent as well and having Pokemon faint every 5 seconds isn't as fun as seeing the Pokemon do something in the battle for some time, which is why the gameplay seems like the opponent is braindead. Although I have taken some feedback and have tried to make it more interesting as possible without making the Pokemon faint every 5 seconds for hopefully better entertainment.
