"Why Is HE In A Female Changing Room?" | NHS In Legal Action Over Transgender Colleague

The NHS is facing legal action from female nurses, who claim they are being forced to share a changing room with a transgender colleague.
It is thought that 26 women have already complained that the colleague who has not had gender reassignment surgery, is allowed to share their female changing room, and is also said to have a "keen interest in female staff".
Broadcaster Clare Muldoon questions why all this is coming out now. She says: "A few years ago I was a member of some gyms and there was NONE of this… There were NO men in women's changing areas."
Dr David Bull thinks that it can be argued that now there is more transparency and people feel that they can be more openly trans. He says: "We are also seeing more transitions."

If you live in a major city in America, then you have routinely been around transsexual women in the bathroom and in your spaces and you did not know it because a true transexual woman does everything she can to blend in and not stand out and some of them blend extremely well. So what's your problem with having those people in your spaces? I'm a woman with a history of having been raped and it doesn't bother me in the least as long as they don't have the equipment to do it again and as long as they are making an effort to look like a woman.

Gender dysphoria can develop when those babies are misgendered or when the brains of individuals with identifiable male or female genitalia are not in agreement with their physical bodies. The latter condition may or may not be a birth defect. "Being trans" means an individual is transitioning from one gender to the other. It's a medical process, not a birth defect. I don't think they pretend they can. If I get their delusion correctly, they pretend they've always been a certain sex but that they've been born in the wrong body. Therefore, they simply "realign" their body with their "true" sex through hormones, surgery, clothing, etc. Sure, it is equally nonsense, but a slightly different nonsense. And why medical professionals don't say: "There's nothing wrong with your body, simply with your brain; you need a psychiatrist, not a surgeon" is anyone's guess!

I was reading a testament from a detranstitioner who knew he'd made a huge mistake & kept going back to his surgeon to say he wanted to detransition ( yes not possible as a he's now a eunuch) but the consultant refused to accept his regret over the gender reassignment surgery. So remember this when they say that the stats show that the incidence of detranstioners is very rare 😔

Getting a tan doesn't make me a black woman Getting botox doesn't make me 20 again Getting any kind of surgery or hormones doesn't change my biology, my brain, my experience living in a female body all my life. I didn't ask to be born female but I dealt with it. People cannot chose their gender. Trans has to have their dysphoria (or other conditions or traumas) respected and treated with all the care ED patients get. We don't help people with ED worsen their condition. We respect them, incourage them and not exploit them (I hope the '90 earli '00 are just a bad period in our past)

It isn’t okay but if you don’t complain they will continue to trample all over your rights and dignity. I know an elderly lady who I discovered had been put in a mixed ward and had a Nigerian male assigned to shower her. So a cultural as well as a gender problem. It is horrible.

i did my nurse training in 1976 and there was a night sister who was trans gender she would tell me in great detail about her surgery and her sexual exploits i was 18 and very innocent made me very uncomfortable she was not a good nurse and preferred to sleep but no one said anything even in those days

It wasn't long ago I had the misfortune of overhearing the cries of a a banshee coming from the ladies changing rooms in one of our larger stores that have a green coloured name staring with A. As I turned the isle there was a 'gentleman' on his phone pacing back and forth and he was requesting immediate assistance to help his wife who had her foreskin stuck in a zip in cubicle 4. The world stood still for what seemed minutes with no one having eye contact until out of the clothes section.. I shall never forget that day, ever, I'm scarred for life let alone the children...

I was in hospital a year ago, I’m female but the only bed they had was in a male ward though I was put in a room of my own. I was expected to use the men’s toilet though. So since I, a female, was expected to use a men’s toilet and shower when in hospital, I’ve little sympathy that nurses have to do the same. There was a bit more to my stay, which made them apologise for the way I was treated but still.

2/3 of kids with Gdysphoria grow over it, which is refered to as being grow up pains. Those who do not are stuck in it..them being the ones who are transitioned. With there also being lots of Tpeople who have no Gdysphoria whatsoever so there being other reasons. Surely you can not change sex..impossible..

There needs to be the same system we have in Australia. That is, if a person goes to a doctor either in a hospital or a clinic, it is immediately in the healthcare system, so if the person goes to another doctor with the same issue, the other doctor is alerted by the system.
