Why is Israel demolishing Bedouin homes?

There are 36 Bedouin villages in Israel's Negev desert that the Israeli government does not recognise as legal. As a result, many villages such as Al Araqeeb face constant demolition. But villagers have continued to re-build their homes, refusing to hand over their ancestral lands.

An occupying power has no right to say what land is recognised as legal. Eviction at gunpoint is enforced displacement, which is a specific war crime, a crime against humanity, in defiance of the Geneva Conventions and contrary to all human rights protocols. The destruction of homes under occupation is another specific international crime and against the Geneva Conventions.

It was never palestinian land. Never will be. Belonged to the Ottomans, Byzantine, British,Arab Caliphates, Crusaders. No such thing as Palestinian land Screw HamAss and HezEbola.
