To be selfish or to take care of everything until exhaustion? Unfortunately, many of us believe these are the only options when it comes to self-care.
But there is another way! This path involves listening to our inner voice, the one that knows best what we need, and most of the time, it doesn't involve detox juices, spa trips, yoga mats, and other "miracle solutions" proposed by the self-care industry.

In many of the examples I give, I talk about mothers, perhaps because they need self-care even more than others, but they certainly are not the only ones. Spread the message to those in your life who really need to hear it.
